We stayed here 3 nights and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, clean property and rooms, and super cozy beds! We are already planning a trip back because we loved it so much!

Gorgeous entrance to the property with towering, perfectly-manicured palm trees lining either side of the drive. The lake view is stunning, and the pool is ample size. Breakfast at Rick’s was delicious - lox omelette with potatoes and Starbucks coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Dining options are really nice and offer great food. Staff was fine.

Less than half of the amenities were available. First room we got was dirty and things were broken. I requested a different room. One pool was completely shut down. So was the outdoor cafe/dining option. Pool area was like the Wild West, people just did what they wanted with no staff supervision or correction. Hot tub was down two times in a two day stay, and when it was working it was disgusting yellow. The market was only open in the morning. The gym was an afterthought in a room right outside the registration area. All in all it’s a resort that has a great setting, but needs help. Definitely not what I expected from the Westin brand

The grounds are nice but lots of trash around the edge of the water. Should be cleaned up. Rooms are pretty average/dated and we had numerous plumbing issues including having to run hot water for 15 minutes to get warm. Too expensive for the quality we received.

The front desk girl was rude and short with me. She gave me no directions how to get to my room, the pool was closed and under construction, the hotel felt old and dirty. Upon my return home, I discovered the hotel charged me for my room even though I paid thru Expedia. I called the hotel and they showed no charge on their end. Never will I go here again.

Lake view room, king room was a bit small. Could see a thick layer of dust on the headboard and the ledge above the TV. Door lets in alot of light so the room itself does not get pitch black at night (which is a personal preference). It was also rather noisy, you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway. Mattresses are firm...husband loved it but I was rather uncomfortable and prefer softer mattress. The property itself is beautiful, it was windy and cool when we visited so not alot to do and the spa was closed...which was not listed on Expedia and disappointing to find out after we booked (should have done a little more research). No ice machine only vending machines, at least on the 3rd floor. We were told we had to go to the bar or upstairs to the 6th floor for ice.

What an incredible place to stay. The village has shops and restaurants to enjoy. This is not close to the strip, and no gaming. Clean rooms and staff was exceptional!

We came during off season and they have some renovations going on. The hotel itself was nice and in an amazing area. We will come back during the season so we can go out on the lake.

Beautiful property. It is away from the town so it’s good if that’s what you’re looking for. The sink was clogged but they took care of it. While already in shower, no body wash which was inconvenient but still only a 1st world problem. 4 out of 5.
