Big Room not a lot of furniture

Pros: Location
Cons: Furnish the suites better and have what is advertised, i.e. a pull out couch.
Location: Has it's own lagoon with water sports available 2 pools and 2 restaurants on property, 5 minute drive from our restaurants at Lake Las Vegas
We stayed in a 2 room suite and the living room was supposed to have a pull out bed for my child, the room had just been renovated and they didn't put a pull out as advertised in the room. Also the room was very large with not a lot of furniture in it 1 small sofa (size of a love seat) and 2 end tables. The bedroom had a king size bed 2 end tables and a chair. Great layout but not well furnished. Overall pleasant stay.

Nice resort off the strip

Pros: the location of being right on Lake Las Vegas.
Cons: Staff members need to be trained like the wait staff of the restaurant: be pleasant, greet guests warmly, and offer any kind of assistance.
Location: I would definitely do pricing research on taxi/Uber rides to the strip. The lake is gorgeous so any activity with that is best
The location is about 20-30 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip. It is not easy to go back and forth from the strip. So this place is a nice getaway from the noise and lights of the Strip, yet introduces nature and water back to this desert oasis. Upon checking in, our room was said to be newly updated and refurbished. Nothing to it seemed new or refurbished. The TV is a flat screen. The king size bed was comfy. The decor of the room, however, did not seem so new. The shower had a tub and both the spout and shower head were leaking. We did not notify services until checkout because we were enjoying our time in the room and did not want to be bothered to have to leave. Our fault I suppose, but for an "updated and refurbished room", this should not have been an issue. We utilized room service for breakfast, which was delicious and generously portioned with the Lakeview Breakfast combo. I gifted by significant other with a massge utilizing the $25 spa credit. No complaint from there. And we did utilize the complimentary kayak rental on one of the days, but the staff/lifeguards were not super enthused nor helpful. The staff member literally pointed to a stack of thrown life vests on the ground. "Pick up a vest and an oar" were our simple instructions. On the last night, one of the elevators got stuck, thankfully we weren't on it. Other visitors helped pry the door open while the staff member "left to get help". The wait staff at Ricks Cafe were very pleasant and accomodating.

Family fun, nice decor. Elegant and casual. Unfortunately too hot in July to make use of outdoor activities. Good place to stay from which to visit Hoover Dam.

Nice views but service requires better attention t

No do not disturb sign in the room. Nothing to write a note on or a pen. Not allowed enough towels everyday day. Got locked out of our room by the indoor night latch that was engaged by the door slamming. Couldn't book reservations at the restaurant due to a large reservation for 28 people. The wedding planners never returned two messages left for further information. Even though we were attempting to plan a wedding and no one called us back, we were also told that we were not allowed to take some of our pictures around the hotel as paying guests.

Close to Vegas

Air conditioning wasn't that great in rooms and not running in halls at all. Charge to much for valet parking when other hotels are free.

Desert Oasis; Las Vegas Jewel

Had a wonderful time on a spectacular property. Thirty minutes from the strip, yet worlds away in peaceful tranquility. Lots of family-oriented activities to keep you entertained. We'll definitely be back in the near future.

We had a blast!! We spent the weekend here and we loved it! Friday and Saturday they played a movie the the pool! The pool staff was so nice and my kids had a blast! We will be back.

Hotel under CONSTRUCTION

Pros: Not all bad reviews, one night we ordered room service, the ribeye steak was fantastic. That was all.
Cons: Customer Service definitely needs improvement.
Location: 23-25 mins away from the strip. There is a Sonic and Wal-Mart like 7-10 mins from the Resort, and that was the closest thing there was.
Planned a nice family vacation for 4 wanting to get away from work stress, only to come to a room where construction began every day at 9am. We were woken up every morning, after a long night in the pool or out on the strip, to hammering, banging, and shuffling FROM ALL SIDES. When I would call front desk, they merely acknowledged there was construction. When I asked if they can delay the start time I was responded with silence. I called every morning that the front desk eventually stopped answering the phone. I tried canceling and was told I would not receive a refund. Going out to the pool was the only refuge we could offer the kids from the cranky, sleep deprived parents. The children's pool had very strong sewage smells by the bathroom and fountain area. The adult pool area, the water looked murky. They only thing this place has going for it is the water slide and view. Strip is 23-25 mins away, which was hard when you are starving or coming in late from a long day of strip walking. Although it states resort, really we never had any interaction with the staff unless it was them ignoring my calls. They have kayaking and some kid games, chess?, but really you're on your own. By day 2 of our 4 night stay, we started seeing little black bugs in the room. Not fruit flies or fleas. Called front desk, no answer.

Perfect family get away from the strip!

Nice place that is out of the way but close to the big attractions if you want to go check them out. The pool and water slide were a big hit for the kids! The slid on the slide all day until it closed. Rooms were very comfy also.
