Went for a wedding hotel under renovation

Pros: Beautiful grounds & scenery
Cons: Staff, food
Location: The lakes of Las Vegas next to Hilton hotel with village a few restaurants & stores mostly closed and empty
Went for a wedding located at hotel, under renovation spa & salon closed staff never seen Food unacceptable in hotel that highly rated below average I wouldn't go back or recommend

Grounds beautiful

Location: Beautiful spot on the lake. The strip not far away
Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Now with that said, my complaint is that water was shut off for four hours one day. Went to front desk and asked what do we do for a bathroom? Was told the public bathrooms would be functional! Not happy with that but ok. Stayed by pool so we wouldn't have to worry about the bathroom issue. Well at some point I had to use the rest room and guess what? The doors to the stalls were locked. I went to another rest room and the door was locked. Another disappointment was the spa was not open due to renovations but I was give a tour of the spa. Ok good to know what I a missing lol! Another thing that bothered me is that guests have the option of going green, which means not having towels and sheet changed. What I failed to do is read the small print that states housekeeping will not come into room at all. So as a result the trash was over flowing and coffe supplies were not filled. I assumed the do not disturb sign meant do not come into room. Who ever I spoke to at the front desk about this was very smug about this issue and acted like I should have known this.

Nice hotel away from the strip.

Family friendly hotel with two very large pools, a water slide, basketball court, ping pong table, and bing bag toss etc. Kept my kids entertained for hours.

Amazing

Our first time there and we loved it. They took really good care of us. They brought us a gift to our room for our anniversary. Our first room was clean and remodeled but it started with a leak in the bathroom sealing from the construction above us, so they moved us to a grand suite with a gorgeous view of the lake and gave us free breakfast. All the food was really good. Great place to relax and have fun. The air is not too dry like Vegas because of the lake. It's a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert. It is couple or family friendly not a place for drunk partiers like the strip, which we loved that. Smoke and filth free facility and entire area as well. Lots of free activities for all ages. We definitely recommend and are going back.

We loved the hotel and grounds - beautiful!!! A bit off the beaten path, but we would stay there again if ever in the area.

Very nice hotel

The staff was excellent when checking in, even got an upgrade. The amenities are awesome, to much to do for just one night. Beautiful view of lake and lagoon.

Beautiful location

We loved the area and the hotel was beautiful,very disappointed with management and staff at front desk was unfriendly...need to work on food....we ordered room service and got a pizza and it was 79.00 for pizza and 2 desserts and the pizza was cold and not cooked...we also had chicken fried rice and it was not good...so disappointed in the staff and food....loved the views and the premises...

Worst experience ever, didn't have the room ready

I called to see if an early check in was available and the promised me they were gonna call me if so, I showed up at the check in time and they didn't have it ready! I got the room an hour later, the bath tub faucet wasn't working properly, the a/c continued to shut on and off every 10 mins and the blinds had holes on them!
