The room was clean and very spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds and a large bathroom. Only complaint was that it was a bit hard to find parking.

Be prepared to walk.

Pros: Seemed clean.
Cons: Room amenities were lacking.
Location: Lots of nearby activities and food, but be prepared to walk a lot.
Parking is short walk to the check-in desk, but that's just the beginning. My room was in the Club tower, which entailed walking through the casino, up an escalator, down a long hallway, and around a corner to very busy elevators. Room did not have a fridge, coffee maker, or microwave, and while Wi-Fi was supposed to be free, it kept asking for a password that was not given to me. The main reason I chose this hotel was proximity to the MGM, where I was attending a show, and it was cheaper than staying at the MGM. However, the bridge directly to the MGM was closed, so I had to cross three streets in order to get next door.

Pleasant appearance overall!!

Decided to stay at this particular hotel because of their awesome breakfast buffet. I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were very clean and the whole staff was very professional throughout my stay.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Shopping, eating and visiting the strip.
5 star....... do not want to go to any other hotel. That was my 3rd time and will be the next place when I get to come again. Everyone was so nice. Family.

Beware Offer to Upgrade Room

I was offered to upgrade my room to a suite. I specifically asked, and was told that the upgrade was $29. I found out that this was the resort fee and that the upgrade was another $100. When I discovered the discrepancy and pointed it out to the manager, I was given no opportunity for compromise. I will not stay at the Tropicana again and I am very disappointed with Hilton in general. I felt like I was taken by my favorite resort.

There were missing things

Pros: I could not say nothing that liked to me.
Cons: I believe, the people is moving to the north. Personally, I think The Strip and Tropicana Ave. is the past.
Location: I think there are best location near Flamingo Rd.
First of all, I was´t treated as VIP Expedia Gold member. Even though they offered an upgrade with charge, I refused to this upgrade. Therefore they sent to me to a Bungallow that are located in the three lower levels. In the room there are nor coffe maker nor refrigerator. I stayed in this hotel during, just tree nights. One day, I found my room not prepared and was to late, may be 4.00 PM local time. I had to find a housemaid and claimed for my room. Finally she came to change our towels and gave me soap and shampoo.

Amazing Vegas Trip!!

Pros: basically everything
Cons: It was noisy in the room but I'm sure you cant make the Strip quite at night. And thank you for the letter pre-warning us of the noise.
Location: everything... nightlife, shows, rollercoaster, aquarium, lions, pool, and lots of gambling
This trip to Vegas was by far the best customer service I have ever had. From the valet guy who was very charismatic to the bell boy who helped get all out stuff to our room, to the check in staff who gave us warm cookies. Also, when we went to the pool to get a little sun, the staff was very helpful in telling us all the packages of the cabana's and all the best drinks that they make. Everyone was amazing! I can't wait to come back!!!

The staff at the hotel were amazing. The cleanliness was great and tje service was top notch. Unfortunately they were repairing the overpass from the Tropicanna to the MGM.
