Good accommodations for the price

Pros: The bathtubs.
Cons: Leave other eateries open besides just the Deli.
Location: Gamble. Shop. Shows all within walking distance.
I would give this a 5 all on Room Comfort; however, when we arrived to check-in, they overbooked and only had smoking rooms available. I am not a smoker and the smell of the smoke was very eminent that night. We all have allergies and staying one night in a smoking room was difficult. I had to call the next day to make sure there was a non-smoking room available for the rest of our stay. After that, our stay was more pleasant after switching rooms.

Pros: The location of the hotel was good along the strip and close to airport.
Cons: The housekeeping staff could use more help so people can get into their room at 3. Also, it took forever to get a drink at the pool.
Location: The location is good along the strip to see other hotels.
Our room was not ready at check in. We had to wait around until someone called. They never did. We finally went to the concierge and complained and they gave us two rooms on different floors. We requested a coffee maker which they brought but didn't work. They said they would send up a new one, but after many calls we gave up. Had to spend a ridiculous amount of money for coffee and tea every day. They only gave us a 37.00 credit. Unfortunately we spent a lot more money than that. The swim up black jack bar was closed for some reason the whole time we were there. Also, the sky bar at the pool was only opened in the evening for some reason. The free bottled water was only the first day. After that there is a charge.

Pros: on the strip
Location: near other nice hotels. Very convenient.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and the4 food was good except a bit too expensive at most of the Restaurants.

Small but nice

Clean, good pool, looks good. Small so don't expect your massive vegas casino experience. Easy to navigate!

Remolding needed

The bathroom need some remolding. You could see whole by the shower head. They tried to paint over it but it didn't work. I found hair on my pillows. That was very disgusting. Then I found hair on the toilet. That mean the room was not clean properly.

Nice hotel. Clean. Pretty. Staff were excellent

The hotel was nice. The pool was nice. The buffet breakfast delicious. One day I returned completely heat exhausted. A woman in housekeeping saw me and helped me by opening my door for me (my hands were full) and she even got me ice and extra water. She was so concerned for me. Suggested i just relax a bit and rehydrate etc. She was so thoughtful. What a lovely person. Coco's restaurant is within walking distance and offers a delicious breakfast if want something different. Loved the hotel but am not used to all the smoking indoors...in any hotel or restaurant. My throat was soar from alll the 2nd hand smoke. Other than that the hotel was great.

Satisfied with my stay!

Pros: Location (very close to the airport), Atmosphere, Welcome gift.
I loved staying at Tropicana. Their welcome chocolate chip cookies were tasty, as an accommodation I felt like Tropicana was more of a pleasant atmosphere than a full-out Casino. Also their resort fee included useful options so I liked that too. Their staffs were super friendly too.

Close to strip

Was not impressed. Had to ask two daus gor housekeeping. Ate at food court twice and it was aweful. Balco y view was a joke
