It was a pretty good stay. I went to relax by the pool but it was raining and cold the entire weekend so i did not enjoy the trip like i planned. I pretty much stayed in the room. But i was still charged those 170.00 resort fees. Front desk was not very friendly when you ask about fees and charges that should have never been on your bill. I ask about having those resort charges removed since I was not about to enjoy the actual resort. i heard them removing them from someone bill when i was coming and they did. The only pool life i got was going to the spa for 100.00. All the spa employees was amazing. Cesar at the front desk was really nice though. My room was super comfy though. Wish i had a better view but i won’t complain.

It was a great value for the price. The staff was friendly and the location was close enough to Las Vegas' hustle and bustle, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Everything at the Wynn/Encore complex is first class, 5-star. Favorite place to stay in Vegas. They lost one star for lack of a fitness center. Not sure if hotel guests have privileges at a nearby gym but if so, it’s not advertised. But I still love this place.

We were on the nightclub side of the hotel. We were unable to get any sleep for 2 nights. Even being on the 57th floor did not help. The club went until 6 am. Do not stay on the club side of the hotel if you're not going to the club. We should have been warned about those rooms.
