This was not a good stay. First, my key card did not work, so I had to wait 15–30 minutes for a service technician to arrive to get the lock to work. Once I was able to get in the room, Harrah’s appeared to have not serviced my bathroom between me checking in and the people before me checking out, so the bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper. The good news is that service staff was friendly and accommodating to my request to remedy the situation, but it was pretty disappointing having to ask them to do something they should’ve done on their own before I got there. After that, the stay was as expected and uneventful.
