Overall the stay was okay. A lot of activities around the hotel . The room was nice but had some damage stuffs. Concerning the resort fees and the check out process, I was a lil disappointed. I was there in February since then I hadn’t see my deposit back in my account . I called to complain they said they released the money but that’s not true. Anyway

The one good thing about this property is that check-in is easy. The casino floor smells so strongly of cigarette smoke, the sushi dinner (which was delicious) had smoke drifting in, and I was coughing from the scent of it. There is no coffee machine, microwave, or even room in the fridge for your own items. We went to go use the pool only to find out it appears to be filled and open, but guests are not permitted to use it. This was NOT indicated at booking and the pool was the main reason I selected this resort. I called the operator to ask if there was ANYWHERE for guests to sit outside the building and was told there was not. So myself and the others I was with (friend and our 18 year-old daughters) had to walk to the Flamingo to find an outdoor space to just sit and enjoy the sun. I also had to purchase a day pass at Mandalay Bay to have a pool day. Upon check-out, we discovered that they had charged us resort fees, but it was indicated at booking with Expedia that resort fees were included with the price, and they are on my Expedia invoice. So hotel is double-charging resort fees. Tried speaking to the front desk but was told the wait was 30 minutes. If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a pool that is OPEN and nice outdoor space to relax, choose the Flamingo, I wish we had.

I was told the pool would be open and it was not during my entire stay. Also, when I called the front desk I was on hold for over an hour and then hung up on more than one time. The toilet also made a continuous noise during my stay And housekeeping didn’t even show up one of the days. I did have a good view of the strip, however, it was ruined by the filthy windows. I couldn’t even take a picture very disappointed.

Our stay at the Mirage was excellent. The atmosphere was great and the food was great. We had some issues with room services cleaning our room, other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Mirage Hotel & Casino!

The Mirage is a very nice hotel, however, the pool is still closed till April, 8th which was not at all mentioned during booking. We were looking forward to get some time sunbathing by the pool but the pool area was closed off completely. :( Would not have taken this hotel if I would’ve known. Other hotels on the Strip had their pools open!

We stayed at the Mirage for 7 nights in March. The hotel overall was okay. The positives is the location is central, staff were good and lots of dining options. We had a two queen bedroom. The room itself was good but the washroom is dated and tiny. The tub needs to be changed.

It was a great hotel for a 3 day trip. . The bedrooms are out dated and furniture in the room should be cleaned. Cleaning service was great, fresh towels, etc.Walkable to lots of hotels.. overall great

Room was extremely dirty - someone’s old sock on the bathroom floor and toilet was absolutely gross ( not clean by any means)… I’m not picky …I travel for a living …but this was gross..the rest of the hotel was excellent .
