I enjoyed my stay, as I have the past 3 years. Being a loyal customer, and considering I come every year for 5 nights, do you offer free stays for returning guests? We usually come between June and August.

location was ok. Added fees on everything. Not much to do for families with kids. Arcade is not kept up and games are broke.

Rotating restaurant was awesome! Had to ask for a better room.

We liked casino it was nice. And all the different shops that were there. Our hotel room was ok. But no microwave so we couldnt ever have left overs. They only gave us 4 small pillows for our king size bed? What is that about? When we arrived they wasnt going to give us the king size bed i had purchased from They was going to try to give us 2 queen size onss for 2 people that is ridiculous. The buffet at the hotel was absolutely the worst buffet i have ever ate at. Everything was cold and we didn’t receive drinks until our 2nd plate of nasty food. The top of the world restaurant was very nice however and we loved the skypod also.

I didn't like how pushy the staff was the minute you walked in trying to get me to buy something for $99; the minute i declined they immediately became rude told me to have a good day and walked off. I immediately wanted to cancel my reservations and leave. I, however, was with another person and didn't want to ruin their vacation.
