"Pool which said heated was freezing. The hot tub was warm but the jets didn’t work. On day two water was backing up out the drain near the hot tub. "

"It was not clean at all the tub wasnt clean and had scum still in there and under the cover it was and brown and yellow stains and when I went back to tell the lady at front desk she had a attitude like I was lying and immediate showed her my pictures and when I showed her my pictures she didn’t even budge she was so stand offish like she didn’t even want to help me anymore as if it wasn’t her problem "
