Very stylish hotel with great staff. Lots of thoughtful extras like welcome chocolates and excellent concierge service.

Beautiful property in a great area that is close to all of the main attractions. Horrible cancellation policy. Our flight was cancelled due to poor weather conditions and the hotel still charged us and would not make an exception.

The Singular hotel is so grateful for the feedback of our guest, it makes us improve every day in order to give the best service. We remember this case clear as it happened just a few days ago, we saw your case, we tried to figure it out a way, probably move the reservation for one night so we could have sold the room however you inform us the evening of the very same day of the check in, we did not have time. Also, it is very important for you to know that this reservation should have been cancel trough expedia, as they charge us a commission for every reservation. We are very sorry we could not help you in this occasion, however we could extend an invoice as a proof of the charge so you can present the document to the airline that cancel your flight in last minute. Please let us know how to proceed.

The decor was spectacular. So elegant. Great location. Best sheets ever. Gorgeous bathrooms. Fun rooftop bar. My only complaint is they spray a very strong air freshener throughout the rooms, hallways and bathrooms. We couldn’t even use the gym because the smell was so strong it gave us headaches upon entering. They need to really stop that, but otherwise the hotel is perfection.

The location was very good and the staff were excellent. Our first room the air conditioner didn't work and the room smelled. Our second room was too noisy . The third room had an odor coming from the air conditioner which they said they would fix and there was no light in the shower They came to repair both problems 5 different times and only ended up fixing the light in the shower on the 4th visit. Our 4th room the safe was not working and it took a while before it was fixed

Great property in great location with attentive staff. Most staff is bilingual and there are no oriblems communicating in English
