The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We ended not staying the full time because of how dirty the room was, the shower plumbing was a mess, the outlets didn’t work, etc.. But I was very appreciative of the staff and their willingness to work with me and my dissatisfaction.

Close to the freeway. Parking spaces are narrow and tight. Some guests were smoking inside the building, it smelled like weed There was a puddle of fluid in the elevator floor, it might be dog urine. Breakfast was below average, did not even have potatoes.

The property is not located without walking distance of eating places that we would be interested in. The room was great, comfortable bed, quiet, very nice breakfast.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed parking lot had partying biker's all hours of the night staff was very rude and inconsiderate just over all bad place the hot tub was the only good thing about it

Everything was quite average. The lady at front desk was king enough to have me checked in before 2PM. My only huge dislike was the bed, for some reason the pillows were just so uncomfortable I had hard time trying to sleep. Breakfast was actually very decent. Good place to stay a night or 2 for business or passing along.

If you have any kind of back issues do NOT stay at this hotel. The beds are as hard as concrete and the staff is utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic. I laid down on this old hard excuse for a mattress and immediately my hips and back were in pain. I asked for a different room - they said no. I asked for a rollaway bed - they said no. I asked for extra pillows to try and make a pillow bed on the mattress - they said no. I asked if there was *any* way they could help - they said no! It was late and I had been driving all day but I simply left and went to the Holiday Inn Express down the street, which had a perfectly normal bed and I slept fine. Then the next day when the manager came back on duty, I asked for a refund, and...they said no. Don't waste your money wrecking your body trying to sleep here, just stay somewhere else!

Definitely would stay again
Very nice, comfortable and right off the freeway. Room was a great size and COOL when we walked in from a 101* day. Slight problem with a fire alarm issue (no fire) which stopped the elevators from working the next day but Things like this happen.

Don’t recommend!
The hotel is very old and needs updating really bad, however, it was clean for how old it was. The beds are hard as a rock and squeaky. Customer service during the day was ok but the night person at the desk was absolutely terrible! The view from our room was a junk yard with broken down motor homes. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all!!
