“The shower water was complicated to use and the temperature of the water was not consistent whole taking a shower, the the toilet was way to low for the price they charged.”

“The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the……

“Room was clean and nice”

“Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers.”

“Pool closed. Doors unlocked and left open. Felt unsafe and even left early on last night to go to another hotel due to feeling unsafe”

“Great family place to stay. This hotel was very clean and had big spacious rooms. For our short stay we didn’t utilize kitchen, but if staying longer it would be a nice addition. Breakfast was good, several options. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of travel.”

“We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals”
