Absolutely no complaints.Posted Nov 3, 2017
Excellent little hotel in a brilliant location in central Paris for a very reasonable price. Quiet, comfortable and with absolutely charming staff who couldn't have been more helpful I really couldn't fault it. Looking forward to my next visit!

Good location just outside of high traffic areas.Posted Oct 17, 2017
Pros: The bed, the bathroom, breakfast, the staff.
Cons: Wifi was spotty, elevator tiny and slow (but stairs were there and easily accessible).
This is a very nice hotel with breakfast included. Nice eating and sitting area in the lobby to relax for a bit. Rooms are small, but I assume that is just a Paris thing for a fairly central location. Its not right in the middle of the busy area in the Latin Quarter, but it was great for us as it was just outside on a nice street with a few good restaurants/ cafes to enjoy. It is about 2 blocks from the Pantheon and even more cafes and restaurants, so it is well within the Latin Quarter, just not right in the major action. Staff are very nice and do speak English well. They are also very patient with those that are making attempts at speaking French. Regarding the breakfast, it is about 3-6 different cheeses (all very nice), a couple of meats (deli style), cereals, yogurt, coffee/ tea, and quite a few very nice pastries. We ate there about 7 times and enjoyed it every time. The eating area is also very cute, very clean and a nice place to spend breakfast. Wifi is a bit spotty, but does the job.

location, location, location, and nice hotel !!Posted Oct 12, 2017
Pros: everything. SMall scale and not too expensive for good service and very clean rooms
Cons: fresh fruit at breakfast
Location: great walking, metro, bus. Endless restaurant choices. Lovely neighborhood central food markets, near metro, and weekly food markets and flea market.
Small, but well cared for hotel with modern decor and very good services. Enjoyable every single day we were staying there. Highly recommended for location, moderate price and good service.

great location, excellent renovation!Posted Oct 11, 2017
Pros: location! location! location! Very clean, small rooms are well equipped.
Cons: fresh fruit offered at breakfast
This was my second visit to Hotel Moderne St. Germain. Greatly enhanced decor and overall renovation. Extremely clean and pleasant all around! I love the location, the neighborhood, the transportation , the nearby restaurants, the neighborhood Place Maubert shops and open air markets. Altogether a super hotel choice. The 7 day metro pass is a huge bargain if you have a daily itinerary to accomplish. Trains are clean and exactly on time. Metros very frequent, but crowded at commute times.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Sep 28, 2017
Pros: Clean nice rooms, great location.
Cons: Better sound proofing.
Location: Walking distance to the Louvre museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Orsay Museum and many more tourist attractions
Nice hotel, very clean, recently renovated. Unfortunately they didn't sound proof the rooms. I was worried about hearing the noise from the street but the new window took care of most of the street noise. Different story about the noises from the other rooms. I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms, the noise from the bathrooms... The locations is great, close to a lot of Paris main attractions.

3 night stayPosted Sep 1, 2017
Friendly front desk, good safe location. Quiet at night. Cute balcony on 3rd floor room. Cons: walls too thin and 1 outlet in the whole room. Hair dryer times out after 2-3 minutes.
