Riverside hotel

Pros: The rooms where nice and clean.
Cons: Customer Service
Location: Summertime would be a better time to go to Laughlin.
We went here for a small vacation,my first time at this hotel, I wanted relax and enjoy some good food and play some slots. When we playing slots it took hours to get a drink and the bartender was rude and kept pointing to a green light. I paid for some of my drinks because the service was so poor. The food was OK but nothing great. There were alot of complaints about how tight the slot machines were programed. I did win some money but it was at the hotel next door. Next time I will stay somewhere else.

rooms are paper thin. could hear neighbors talking and kids screaming and wind howling. tried to sleep in on sunday and housekeepers were yelling through the halls and whistling. won't be staying here again.

Very old, staff didn't really know what was going on in any area of the resort.

2017 Bullhead-Laughlin River Bowl

Pros: The Riverside staff were attentive and courteous. The pool was clean as well as the heated spa. The room was clean with a view full view of the river.
Cons: Firmer pillows
Location: Bowling, movie theater, swimming pool, heated spa, Colorado River, visit Oatman, drive on historic Route 66, and eat at a variety of restaurants
The stay at the Riverside Resort and Hotel was a pleasant, enjoyable, and memorable experience with my two teenage sons. All Riverside Resort staff from check in to check out were courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and all staff was attentive to every need. The Riverside Resort and Hotel was the ideal location for two teenage boys which offered many amenities to occupy their time. The Buffet and restaurants were excellent, the pool and spa were clean, the movie theater was affordable with a great selection of movies and times, and the arcade was filled with games suited for their age group. I would without hesitation return to the Riverside Casino and Resort in the future.

Just here on business for a day but have stayed here many times before always a nice experiance looking forward to new pool comming in the summer time !!

Nice affortable Hotel

Overall it was going great and awesome time with Family and kids until we requested maid service. My 12 year old Son had left his wallet with $49.00 in cash , when we got back to the room his wallet only had $9.00 dolls. My ear had bleed a little the night before and my pillow was not change .

The best of the worst

Pros: The kid care. the view. parking
Cons: They need an elevator for the top floors. Otherwise it takes 20 mins to get to the top.
Location: Not much to do in Laughlin unless you like low quality food, spending money you don't have, or mediorce entertainment.
After staying at another horrible hotel in laughlin, we were so glad to move to the Riverside. The room was very spacious with 2 balcolnies and a great view. The bathroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself had a lot to do, and the kid kastle area, which was really great. We utilized the kid care. I didn't feel totally comfortable leaving my daughter there. The older woman supervising didn't even introduce herself to my daughter upon entering the care center. I hope to never have to go to Laughlin again in my life, but if I was forced to, I guess I would stay here because I know what to expect.
