This two bedroom cottage, has recently undergone a renovation that is nothing short of stunning. Situated on Launceston's city fringe, in sought after East Launceston in a quiet secluded street, you'll be spoilt for choice of local facilities & amenities. Just metres away is St.Georges Square park, two cafes, the local butcher, a retail shop & hairdresser, plus Launceston's "Eat Street" (food van heaven!). Venture a few more metres & you then have a local providore, the Launceston Aquatic Centre, more cafes & shops. Inside the cottage you will appreciate the warm, cosy interior design with open plan living. And the full size suit of armour, is a special feature to be seen! The home offers two sizeable bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, full kitchen with all your home away from home facilities to cook up a gourmet delight of fresh, local Tasmanian produce.
