Imagine waking up to those mountain & city views? The sun will greet you early each day, especially when having breakfast on your own personal deck. This home is located within walking distance to the famous Cataract Gorge, a convenience supermarket, with public transport running past your doorstep. The city, restaurants and Launceston General Hospital are just a walk or short drive away.  
  
And what an interesting home it is! The combination of modern & older style furnishings blend perfectly together. Featuring original lead light windows, polished timber floorboards and ornate open fireplaces & mantle pieces, and with the recent addition of full double glazing throughout, we guarantee you'll be more than comfortable.The modern kitchen will inspire you to whip up gourmet delights, of local produce & then entertain on the deck. We're confident the sun and views will ensure your time spent here is more than enjoyable. But then on the other hand, you may want to share in the delights of the garden surroundings & enjoy an end of day tipple or cuppa. There are also two modern bathrooms & ample off street parking for three vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay. We had all the facilities and extra's you could possibly want. We even realised the toaster wasn't working so I mentioned it and was given a replacement that day. The Communication with the property owner and organisers were amazing. Thank you for our stay

Wonderful house full of character but also every modern convenience. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely having the back deck to enjoy the view. Great location. Cannot fault this place.

It was a ok property in a reasonable location. It needed a good clean, dust in some areas indicates cleaning not comprehensive and a tray in oven with leftover crumbs etc still in there, was disappointing. The back deck is lovely. Road noise annoying sometimes.

#### Clean, comfortable and warm stay in great spot

We had an enjoyable and warm stay here with the family. It was very clean and tidy and had comfortable big beds and room to relax. Kitchen well equipped for home cooking. The kids enjoyed the board games. Easy to park and exit in the hire car. Very close to a supermarket and could walk to cafes on Charles St. Check in process was quick and easy, all very straight forward.
