I stayed at this property twice. The first room had a stained toilet bowl, ripped carpet and an uncomfortable bed. The second room was cleaner, however the toaster did not work unless you held the lever in a certain position while it cooked your toast. There was terrible water hammer in an adjoining room which woke you out of a deep sleep with a fright. It was very noisy from overhead planes and freeway noise early in the morning. On quite a busy road, so getting in and out of the driveway can be quite dangerous as you don’t have a clear view of oncoming traffic. The only reason I stayed a second time was because I had already booked and paid for both stays and it was close to family. I won’t be staying there again.

One of the worst property to stay or book. We checked out within the first day due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. The carpet smelt of urine and the property is very old/run down. Never booking this property again ever !

Photos on website were old therefore misleading. Rooms were functional but dark because of large dark brown staircase. Should be painted a light colour and stairs. were very noisy,. Kitchen needed extra items such as cutting boards, 2nd sharp knife, grater and larger mugs for big tea/coffee drinkers. Glass sliding door needs a lockable fly screen door. Each rooms Verandah needed to be separated not one long thoroughfare. If room claims to have three separate single beds it needs to be larger room, little space between beds. The shower pressure was amazing and the towels provided were soft and fluffy.

The hotel is quite a way out of the city centre and close to two main roads. A lot of road traffic and noise throughout the night. Plus you had to drive everywhere because you are far from the city centre, bars restaurants.

There were two lounge chair's in the lounge that were extremally grubby. They should be thrown out and replaced with new ones. An easy job to do and would help with ratings. I found this disappointing.

This is a lovely hotel with indoor swimming pool, games room, barbeque area and children playground. The room furnishings are comfortable but need an upgrade and regular maintenance. The housekeeping staff need to stock the rooms based on the number of people booked, we had to request for cups/cutlery.

Not happy with the original given family room (inc kitchen); then the receptionist gave us another unit with slightly better bathroom floor. Nil sound proof, we could hear other people steps from stairs as well as neighbour. All cooking pans had horrible scratches (scared to use due to risk of harm). Old microwave, it sparked & noisy. Spent 3 nights, no cleaning service given at all. I only asked for clean towels once during these stays. Internet only got 300mbps per day. Facilities: swimming pool was clean & overall OK. Sauna was NEVER warm even after 1 hr inside the sauna room. Kids playground was OK. Kids game room was NOT very attractive. No comment for SPA, as we didnt try it out. BBQ area wasextremelly dirty and not useable. Our room had a good view. Overall, we WERE very super UNLUCKY to pay this motel to have this such experiences.

From looking at the reviews I think this place has had a bad wrap. It was clean, spacious and had suite amenities for a great value price. Yes it’s a little dated and not everything works as new, but for what we paid we were very happy

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Light bulbs didn't work, and reception was closed by the time we found out. One of the best smelled and permeated clothes. There were tears in the carpet, and caked on dirt around the floor edges and skirting boards. DO NOT STAY HERE!
