Was in Laurel to attend a funeral

Location: good location -- near to the church for the funeral.

Average hotel for an average price. Fare Deal!

Pros: I would say that everything except the internet was at an acceptable level at this hotel.
Cons: More cleanliness, better internet service. Oh, I would definately try to improve the back parking lot exit, front is fine.
Location: I have family in the area and visit from time to time.
Overall, this is a slightly less than average hotel that charges a less than average price. The room could use better cleaned, the internet was choppy and slow and the breakfast was okay, however, the price was also much lower than other nearby hotels. I am satisfied that I got what I paid for and it was a fair deal. If I am traveling alone to this area and roughing it a little is not a problem for me, I will choose this hotel because it’s of acceptable price and quality. If I am traveling with my family, I would probably have to choose the more expensive, nicer Hampton Inn. I think this hotel offers customers a different choice in the area. You have the option to go Super 8 for cheaper and lesser quality, you have the option to go Hampton Inn for better quality that is more expensive, but it you are looking for something in the middle, I think the Best Western offers this. I would recommend it.

Not Worth The Cost

I heard close street traffic from our room all night long. The room smelled odd - like a mixture of cleaning fluid,old, dirty carpet, and mold. My "hot" breakfast at 7:30 was STONE cold. Did they even plug the food warmer in? The "hot water" in the "hot water" carafe in the breakfast area was room temperature. So much for hot tea at breakfast. To me our stay wasn't worth the price we paid.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and fresh, nice and clean towels and sheets, nice breakfast will stay there again

Nice remodel but bad water pressure

The upgrades to the hotel since last time I stayed were awesome. The water pressure and temperature were a different story. I got lukewarm water at a trickle no matter what I do to the shower. Overall it was very nice though and I will probably stay again.

Poor hotel

I was not able to get Internet service.Front desk was no help. Room was marginally clean

Nice Hotel! Great price!

The check in was easy...the room was very clean and nice. The continental breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the bed wasn't that comfortable...everything else was awesome!
