The room was awesome & facilities were great. Room service & a seafood restaurant next door!

The front desk staff was great. The decor was nice. The restaurant next door was good.

At check in we were told of breakfast that was included but actually we needed a meal ticket that wasn’t included for Expedia customers. There was a buffet charge or we just grabbed a small muffin for $2. It would have been nice to know up front there was a difference and the cost of the buffet.

The employees were very accommodating but the room was a king not 2 queens and we had to switch rooms we were near an open area with people outside til late with kids running around did not get a lot of sleep at this hotel

This property was beautiful from the outside and into the lobby. The staff was friendly and extemely professional. The warm cookies and bottled water you recieve upon check-in has always been a nice touch. Unfortunantly, the room I ended up in wasn't as nice as I expected. I walked into a room that clearly had previous water damage to the ceiling in the sitting area as well as in the bathroom. The paint was literally peeling off the wall. But after such a long road trip I just needed some food and rest. And just my luck the restaurant was closed. I did't have the energy to complain. I got some rest, regrouped, and headed out.
