This hotel could definitely use some renovating especially to the bathroom. A lot of the hotel guest slammed their doors so it was super loud and annoying throughout the night. Definitely recommend installing something on the hotel doors so that it doesn’t slam shut.

Hotels is clean. to bust loads of people checked in about 8 PM and were LOUD! It took about an hour and then seemed to quiet down.

Very friendly staff from when we got there. Very convenient to many restaurants, especially Mid Atlantic Seafood which was right next door. Food was excellent. The breakfast was very good at the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay there when we go back.

Nice clean room but the bathroom door knob was broken, i locked myself in . If i was alone I would have had to break the door to get out. I told them at the front desk twice and nothing was done about it

The Property is nice, the staff was very friendly. The main issue for me was that small Pets aren’t allowed unless they are service animals.

Accommodations were great and better than expected! Check-in was quick, service with a smile was outstanding, beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was yummy good. Front desk recommended the MidAtlantic Seafood Company for dinner and this did not disappoint! Walked right across the street. Thank you, Fairfield Inn!

I stayed at this property before and everything was satisfactory but this time it was the exact opposite. Went into the bathroom because I was about to get ready for dinner. Picked up the towel to put it on the floor and there's hair that comes out of it. Picked it up and flushed it thinking that would be the end of it. Got in the shower and there is hair on the wall and on the bodywash not to mention that the bodywash was broke off from the wall and just sitting in the corner. Told the staff I needed to change my room. They told me they didnt have anymore king rooms and I had to move to a double bed room. Moved to the next room and it was directly across from the elevator. I hear people getting on and off the elevator all night and morning. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

The concierge name JASMINE , made our stay very suitable. She’s very professional definitely I was recommended any friends to this place. The room was nice and clean I loved the room 104 & 106 specially by the two doors from inside.

Family Reunion
I was in Laurel for the weekend with my family. This hotel was situated few blocks from my Aunt's house. Our one night stay was EXCELLENT. Those that gave this hotel a negative feedbacks need to examine themselves. I mean the surrounding is loaded with stores upon stores. Everywhere was perfectly tidy. We slept well and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever see. The ladies at the breakfast area were extremely welcoming, loving and very respectful. I had a little delay in checking in,but that was understandable. Keep up the good works guys and remember, I'll always be around whenever I'm in the area.

Great staff!
Check in was easy, staff were pleasant and kind, room was clean, and free breakfast was plentiful. Will stay here again next time I’m in town visiting family. No complaints!
