Pros: This hotels comfort is through the roof..pillows could be firmer...otherwise great hotel
Cons: better sausage for breakfast fluffier eggs firmer pillows but soft
Location: the location is convienant to metro station, shopping centers , train station, banks...beautifully located
I had a wonderful sleep, breakfast was fair...dislike sausage, eggs could be fluffier but all in all great hotel and experience there , lovely!!!

Over priced

Pros: Not much
Cons: Internet speed to slow...housekeeping should check floors to ensure rooms to be cleaned daily
Location: Good location
Stayed a couple of nights and was very disappointed. First issue was that the room had horse flies flying around...I had to kill five large flies before deciding to ask for another room...i was switched to another room no problem. New room had flies too...was told that the flies were because previous guests had opened the room window(probably smoking)...thought this was odd because we were on the 5th floor. Next morning put the Privacy tag in the door...took it out before 930 as we went to breakfast. Came back later that afternoon to find room not cleaned. Was told housekeeping had came by earlier and saw tag and didnt clean....i expected that if the tag was put in the door housekeeping would check again to make sure the tag was taken out and guests could have room cleaned. At the rate they charge you would think that they would make effort to have rooms cleaned daily. Not so very disappointing...

Correct hotel, clean but room need to be renovate

I visited recently a few Holiday inn express and my experience was perfect because they are renovated. New renovated room have very confortable bed and no carpet on floor. Unfortunatly, it was not the case for this one and I go back with a less confortable bed and hold carpet on floor. The front desk is renovated and the breakfast was very good. Please continue with the room and you will go back on track for the future. Best regards

The rooms were well maintained. The shower water was cold, though. The soaps available also had a very nice smell.

Appeared clean... at first

My family decided to book this hotel last minute during our drive home from vaction. When we first arrived, the hotel was immaculate. A very kind woman checked us in with ease. We went up to our room, which had beautiful furnishings and appeared extremely clean. Within 10 minutes of being there, my kids had put on their pajamas and were ready for bed. My husband turned down the bed and as he did, a bed bug scurried across the pillow. I immediately notified the woman who refunded our 15 minute stay. Now we are taking every possible precaution to ensure we did not bring any additional guests home with us.

Fitfully Sleeping

There appeared to be some (ahem) extraneous business transactions taking place while we were trying to sleep. The hotel was also apparently doing some 3rd shift renovations. These activities were even more affecting as far as sleep was concerned. Due to exhaustion, I finally fell asleep to the sound of someone using a hand saw. It's not reasonable to renovate overnight at the expense of your paying guests.
