We were fortunate to have a room on the top floor of this hotel, and the balcony view overlooking the mountains was breathtaking. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated that robes and slippers were provided. Sound does travel easily as we could hear people in the neighboring room, but it was otherwise very peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that breakfast was included. The selection was small, but they did offer a cook to order option as well (omelettes, eggs, bacon).

Prefect!! Staff was very nice, we arrived at night and we welcomed right away, got a nice hand written letter to welcome us! Breakfast was very nice, great view, help with idea of what to do thanks to Dmitry. And very very close to the train..!!

Exceptional We had an amazing experience. Check in lady was very pleasant and friendly. In fact, everyone was very friendly and professional. We stayed 4 nights and now we wish we had stayed more. It was exceptional. We had a superior double room with balcony and the view from balcony was straight out of picture. Room was very spacious and clean. There's a hot tub and sauna in basement level which is a major bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and the view from breakfast terrace was breathtaking. The only thing I want to add which is not a big deal is that there was no creamer with coffee maker in the room so we had to go down every morning to get it.
