Good price/quality, breakfast excellent

I had a good time with my family. Hotel is close to Cosmodome and Restaurant Cage aux Sports. You have access to a pool and included breakfast is great!!

Good service. Pleasant staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Good food. Location is easy access from the highway to go to Montreal.

Nice place to stay

Pros: kindness of the staff and the cleanness.
Cons: Food around the area. I ordered some Chinese food, I got wrong food and was expensive next day I ordered Pizza, I threw away the chicken wings.
Location: The chinese food and Pizza place was not good at all and I don't want to buy any food from them, If I go back for visit.
I stayed in that hotel for four days and three nights. The Breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the stay and if I have to visit Canada, Best Western will be the first on my list.

Clean environment

The scenery around is good. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. I like the friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is good too.

Booked a room through expedia - wasnt aware that i booked a "smoking" room. The room reaked of cigarettes. Carpet had stains all over and burn marks from cigarettes.

Convenient Location

Pros: It is clean and easy to get to.
We picked this hotel for its location to shopping, and near golf courses we played. You can go north, south east and west accessing highways to save time.

The address of the hotel is confusing. We put it in our GPS and ended up on a different road.

It was ok but very humid since it's half basement

Since you mentioned this particular section of the hotel, we have to tell you that th hotel is currently under renovation and that this section as the first one to be improved with hardwood floors instead of rug and, also, that we have changer the wall where we detected humidity. Excellent Hotel, invisible sign!

This is my 5th year staying for my business trip. Great breakfast, fast check in! Thank you for get ride of the play room in the auditorium, it helps to make it a quiet night! Can't see the new logo on top of the hotel, but understand nothing much you can do. IT IS NAVY BLIE AND WHITE SAID "BM" if you looking for the old best western sign, sorry, you might miss it a few times.
