“The room appeared clean at first but there was hair and dust on phone, furniture and bathroom. There was no functioning air conditioning and it was hot and miserable. They said they had no rooms to transfer us to and brought us a fan. The refrigerator didn’t work. the ice bucket leaked all over the dresser and our belongings and some of the towels were stained. The toilet handle was cracked and the alarm clock was a falling apart. None of us slept and my daughter and I had mild breathing……
