Parking lot are to small

The room was ok from 1 to 5 A. 3.5 the parking spaces are to small and lower garage is no good for SUV

Very old and only partially remodeled

Nice front desk and other staff however facility is quite dated ... it's a 2star facility being rated as 3.7 which I would give to stafff only not overall.

BED BUGS in rooms 227 and 229

Everything started out okay but later found out there was a big issue with the rooms. My visit was 05/04/17-05/08/17 and my rooms were 227 and 229. I woke up at 4am on 05/07/17 to discover a bed bug crawling on my pajamas. I've never seen bed bugs before so after killing it I googled it and found out it was indeed a bed bug. I panicked but at 4am I did not want to disturb my family members. I woke again at 7am and there was yet another bed bug crawling on the sheets, it was so full of blood that it exploded as soon as I touched it. I went to the front desk quietly and discreetly reported the issue for my room 227. Housekeeping changed sheets for both rooms and later it was discovered that 229 had the bugs as well. 2 employees advised me that 229 has had the bugs previously and is a known issue. My family was compensated for room 229 but was not for room 227 stating that the inspector did not find any bug activity in the room. Even though room 227 was reported first and proof was provided they still denied that the room has a bed bug issue. The manager Kamran Qureshi never addressed the issue nor apologized, matter of fact the manager never made himself available but had a front desk employee call to relay messages. My 2 family members in room 229 have several bites on them, we showed video of the bugs, and bugs we killed. I travel a lot and have been out of state or out of the country every month for the past year and have never encountered Bed Bugs until now.

It was an okay experience for us. I booked King Size bed room, smoking by mistake and once we entered the room, didn't like the smell. I went to the reception to request to transfer us to another room, but she said they were all booked that night and asked me to try the next morning. The following morning, when I asked the attendant about the transfer, she said it would cost me $25 to do that. I ended up not moving to another room as they did not do it for free.
