the property was clean and the rooms were really nice as nice as any Hilton or hyatt. the breakfast was really good and had a variety of different things.

No noise. Great front desk helo and great rooms. Ballgame was great. I will come back to stay another nifht.

Can hear everything thru the doors. People in the hallwalls after 10pm sounded like they were in the room with you. Doors closing shook room door and was very loud.

Nice property and conveniently located. Some of the exercise equipment could probably use either some attention or better documentation.

I travel extensively and this hotel is great for the price. My room was immaculate, and I checked it out thoroughly. The breakfast was really good too. They offer cold foods, fresh eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit ,and all types of breakfast juices. I will most definitely make this hotel the place I stay when in Lawrence, Kansas.

Nicolas Cage - Five Stars

We stayed here to be near KU and to celebrate my husband's 30th. Ahead of our visit, I asked the hotel to put 30 photos of Nicolas Cage in our room. They not only did it, they did it in the most hilarious way possible. There were photos all over the place. The one inside the toilet seat was especially funny. Great room, great location, great staff, very clean, overall five stars.

Hotel location to the university and downtown was excellent. Staff was great, providing suggestions for dining, driving directions and entertainment. Rooms were clean, good beds, and a very nice breakfast bar. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay. Definitely would stay there again.
