First we were greeted by a rude grumpy man!!! Room was sooo dirty that we had to use our own blankets!!! The carpet was sooooooo black and filthy my dogs were black after the fist day my niece socks had to be trashed!!! The pool was full of crap and don't even want to inmagen what else!!! Took my two little dogs to run around a bit and a crazy lady that looked like the attending wife didn't want them there dirtying the pool????? You ask why did we stay???? We came from Florida running from Irine there wasn't any other hotel we were stuck and they knew it!! A nightmare!! The breackfast??? A joke!!! There wasn't anything good about this he'll hole!!! Why does expedia have this place don't ask me???

I booked this motel room because they advertised an indoor pool and a hot breakfast. However, neither were true. The pool was outside and had been closed for 4 years. The breakfast was continental.

Rude management and watch for being overcharged

We decided at the last minute to come into Lawrenceburg(we live in East TN) and visited family for Memorial Day weekend after calling around where we normally stay was booked we decided to try out America's Best. We booked online and put 2 adults and 2 kids. When we got to the hotel it was after midnight and our whole family was exhausted, we went to the office to check in and the man working was really rude and said our reservations only said 2 adults and we had to pay an extra $20 for our children. While we hesitated at first we knew there were no other rooms in town and we were all exhausted on top of we were already out $90 that we had already paid for the room so we paid. The next morning we were considering staying another night to have extra time with family and I looked back up their rates online and it was the exact same 2 adults 0 kids vs. 2 adults 2 kids. Upon check out the office was locked and one of the housekeepers took our key. We asked to speach to management and she said you can speak to me. We told her what we saw online and she said yes I will speak to him and to call back tomorrow. We ended up not staying another night there and called the next day only to be told I'll talk to him today and each since we've gotten the same reply.... The room was clean... But the rudeness of management, being overcharged and constantly getting the run around from them turned what would have been a great review into a sour one.
