Never go here

When we first got here the computers was down. Had to wait like a hour just to in. When we first got to our room I checked the room it was a mess. There was dust on everything the baseboard was filthy covered in dust. The bathroom and something that would like a booger in the sink. The Bed Head to hairs it has a stain on the sheet and a huge stain on the side of this the cover. So then I went down to tell them that the room was a mess. They then told us to sit and wait a half-hour for them to be clean the room. It still wasn't ready because they were over booking rooms. There was a lady that they gave her a room to that already had somebody in the room so she walked in on some lady laying in the bed because of the computers being down. The beds are horrible it feels like you're sleeping on a wood. The only good thing that came about this trip was we get a free steak dinner that was really good.

Casino hotel

Casino and restaurants are a far walk from the hotel; even though they are connected to the hotel. The casino has a very pretty rotunda like area that in the lobby. It has beautiful wooden spiral staircases with a beautiful stained glass window above it all.

Dirty smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere

Room was filthy. Staff was not friendly, basically just going through motions of job. Elevator was broken.

Dining only at the casino. I would prefer breakfast dining in the hotel. Otherwise all good.
