The "complementary" breakfast was coffee, orange juice and a granola bar. Bed sheets were stained. Some staff were very rude. Bathroom sink was clogged. Only one kids channel on the TV. Overall it was a terrible stay. Definitely will not book again.

It was all horrible. There was nothing about our stay that was even ok other than we slept maybe a couple hrs a night comfortably. The lobby looked decent, but then around the building looked a mess, trash bags abandoned, when we walked into our room maybe 2 minutes later someone was jiggling the door knob thinking it was their room. there was stains all over the walls, the head board had marks like it had been splashed with liquid (unsure what kind), and then as if all that wasn’t enough or bad enough, there was cockroaches. They only provided 2 towels that had hair all over them and they never even tried to come clean the room even one time. WE STAYED 3 nights. This was the absolute worst stay at a days in we have ever had and honestly that was hard to beat. Also the phone didn’t even work. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm glad it was available on this day. I could here the contractors leaving for breakfast. The room was up some stairs that i didn't feel safe because I'm elderly and handicap but at least it was the first room at the top of the stairs. No bedbugs. It was clean towels were thin but usable. Momma always say you get what you paid for. For the price it was great.

Property was disgusting. There was a burn hole in our bed, the light switch next to the door did not work, the mattress was thin as if it was a cot and no comforter, just a fan fleece blanket under a sheet, it wreaked of fried chicken and Chinese food. You know it’s going to be terrible when a sign is placed at the front desk recommending others to check the rooms prior to purchasing — I did not see this sign but was told about it from someone else after already paying. We did not stay here after looking at the room and they refused us a refund so I disputed it with my bank because the manager is greedy.

Disappointing rooms
The experience my family and I had was very horrible. Arriving at check in was an issue. The rooms that were reserved were not the rooms we were giving. The rooms were not clean when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes or more before we could get in the rooms. The sheets that were on the bed has holes in them. The bathroom in one of the rooms had blood on the floor and roaches in the room. The television in the other room that was giving to us didn’t work upon arrival and there had a maintenance guy to come in to fix the tv. Upon making the reservations we were informed that their would be a continental breakfast and the only thing that was offered was coffee and a granola bar. I would not recommend anyone to reserve a room here at all.

Horrible!! Would not recommend and would never again! Everyday something went wrong with the room. Day one the tv didn’t work it took maintenance about 3 hours to get it to work, day two the door wouldn’t close… maintenance claimed it was fixed but more like a bandaid because the issue was still there you just had to lift the door to close it.. next day the top lock was coming off so I was practically locked in the room.. another 2-3 hours for repair. And it was def giving one of those low budget hotels where people live… horrible experience.

Although the per night rate was excellent, that does not mean that I should have to sleep in dirty run down room. Carpets were filthy, bed sheet may have been white at one time, but now as dingy and had a tear int it. There was a used bar of soap and previously used wash cloth in the shower. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where I assume a towel rack was at one time and there were no tissues. As for breakfast, which I thought was included, consisted of a citrus juice and a granola bar. The only redeeming quality was that water pressure was good and was hot. Would not recommend this a a good place to lay your head.

Stay as a last resort.
Everything was dirty or broken. Outlets were pulled from the wall. If you bumped it, it shorted out wall lamps above bed. Linens were stained. Hair in the sink. Floors needed swept. Dust on headbords. Security latch on door was starting too pull away. Outside stairs were crumbly. Desk staff were rude when we check out a day early do the mess.

There was no daily housekeeping and was told housekeeping only comes in twice a week. We had to ask for clean towels. There was no breakfast, continental or otherwise, just granola bars, coffee, and juice. We only one trash can in the room and had to ask for another. The room had no telephone. When I asked about this at the front desk I was told that the facility was undergoing renovations and that the telephones were scheduled to be installed during the first week of our stay. They never were (we were there for two weeks). There was no iron or ironing board nor were there any tissues. The hallway had a bad smell of dog urine and marijuana smoke. Our door had a broken safety hasp on the door but was replaced upon request. The hair dryer broken but was also replaced upon request. The internet "lagged" frequently and was unreliable. Exterior trash cans overflowing. The bath tub had no stopper in it nor was there an exhaust fan. You could see where a fan had been removed from the ceiling and the hole patched over poorly. We saw several roaches and large spiders in our room. The 3, 6, & 9 on the microwave keypad didn’t work. There was no restaurant as advertised unless it was in the on-site bar (which if we had anyone under 21 could not have gone into). There was only one working ice machine which was not enough to handle a facility of this size (approx. 100 rooms). If I could give it negative stars, it would definitely rate a minus 10 stars.

Dont stay here.. run!!
Well first impression was i should of shopped around more. But it was too late since i reserved online. There was nothing secure about the building. The hallways were very dirty and needed cleaning. The curtains wouldn't close all the way, so the night lights kept me from sleeping and air conditioner made noises throughout the night. It was advertised they had breakfast, which is important to most . All i was told is they had coffee and granola bar. Wouldn't recommend this place if there's other places available. Only good as last resort.

I only stayed here because my normal place I stay was booked. It’s ok our room wasn’t cleaned good the tv wasn’t great and the phone didn’t work I had to walk back to the office just to ask questions. I would stay here if nothing else was available.

The vending machine was so dirty was there for 3 days and no one came to clean my room it was the worst hotel I have been to

Take ear plugs. People were yelling at each ther down halls, and outside. Horms beeping over and over and over and over for about 20 minutes. Cinese man and woman fighting with each other outside my first floor room. Right on a busy road, drag racing...
