Not a bad hotel

Hotel was nice but noticed lots of smudges on furniture that could've been wiped a bit better. Breakfast was disappointing at best- we ate out our second morning.

Great place

Clean good food my only complaint is 4 people stayed in this room but only stocked with 3 towels had to get another towel every day.

Dumped into the street

I showed up to register at 2:30 PM and was told that my reservation had been cancelled The hotel made no effort to find us other accommodations I was told that an air conditioner flooded my room and another It was a two bedroom suite and nothing else in town compared. I was lucky enough to find two rooms at another hotel but the accommodations were poor and cost much more than the original at home wood. I did come back on Monday and stayed two nights due to the inconvenience imposed on us and increased costs. I did not see and Remodling or repairs going on. I did read on line that this hotel has failed to honor reservations for several other guests. This makes me wonder if they may overbook. The hotel did Comp one night but I can tell you that was nothing compared to the stress and inconvenience that was caused. Roll your dice if you wish, the hotel is great IF they honor your reservations. It's a nightmare if they don't

Cons: Give Brandon some training.
We had a rocky start because a manager during the day had given our reserved room to someone else. The young lady checking us in promptly gave us another room and reduced our nightly rate for the inconvenience. She helped us several times during our stay and each time was professional and friendly. A gentleman who's name tag read "GM Brandon Thurmand" checked us out and was very confused and seemed unsure of what he was doing. The hotel itself is clean the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful when asked for/about something.

Worth a stay

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very hospitable. The breakfast also offered a good variety and the hotel was very clean. The local area really did not offer a lot of sightseeing possibilities but our stay was primarily for an Army Basic Training graduation. Definitely would visit again!!!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Perfect hotel for a family with children

Pros: It was clean, spacious, family oriented and convenient. The staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Due to the large number of people in the morning for breakfast, they ran out of plates and forks.
We took four of our grandchildren ranging in age from 9 to 13 on an overnight trip to Ft Sill and the Witchita Mountain Animal Preserve. We needed a suite to accommodate 6 people and this was perfect. We had 2 queen beds, 1 king bed and a sofa bed with 3 rooms, 2 large baths and a complete kitchen, all for a very reasonable price! In addition, the hotel served a complete chicken pasta dinner with salad and garlic bread and a delicious breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, waffles, cereals, and pastries. It was too cool for the pool but there was a mini basketball court which our 4 enjoyed after supper and breakfast.

Key cards don't work properly.

Place is great, the key cards are the only issue. They constantly demagnetized. They would work on the fitness center but not on our own door. We had to constantly ask for new keys. I bet over the 4 days we stayed in room 119 we replaced our cards a dozen or more times. It was very frustrating. I would rather use an old key than deal with this all the time.

No Breakfast!

Ran out of breakfast, did not even offer to make more! Ran out of everything except waffles-- no eggs, no meat, no potatoes! Only comment was "They really wiped us out!" Checkout clerk was supremely unconcerned! Don't advertise it if you're not going to provide it!!!!!
