We never got clean linen or towels.. No maid service even though we requested our bed to be made.. We took out own trash. Never ever expected this from a LaQuinta Inn..

The room was clean and no bugs. Unfortunately, the pool isnt/wasnt heated, so too cold to swim in the indoor pool. Had we of known of this prior to booking, would have found another place with pool. They are in the middle of a remodel so the lobby was messy. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Staff was very nice.

The room and facility was nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not cleaned very well and could use a deep clean of doors, baseboards, and bathroom areas. Caulking is in bad shape. The room itself was comfortable, the breakfast was average but hot and plentiful. I would not want to stay here again unless the maintenance and housekeeping improved.

Hotel was under construction and i was not aware. The pool may be indoor but it needs to be repainted and heated. Its cold..... ALL staff was super polite and gelpful.

Amazing people! We had a 911 emergency, and the front desk was able to take care of it swiftly & discreetly, including the firefighters & paramedics who had to help! Nice work front desk. Trainee was comforting during this very stressful time. She's a sweetheart!!

Very nice single night stay with short notice. Over all the facility is in good clean shape. The hotel looks new but does show some signs of age. We stayed in a suite and I noticed gaps in the trim and some substandard repair work indicating that the hotel may be older then I thought but I was very happy for the price.

Location was good for our purpose. Overall, staff was nice. I don't understand why a receipt couldn't be provided at time of checkout. Reason given was that i booked through third party.

Very friendly staff made up for an older property and cleanliness wasn’t bad either. Lots of slamming doors during the night though which didn’t help with sleep but otherwise a satisfactory stay

Man, someone has to make sure the house keepers do their job. It was things left under the pull out couch. I’m not a complainer, but come on.

Called front desk for a missing remote and toilet issues. We had immediate service from nice workers. Breakfast guy cleaned entire time and refilled food. Great employees here!

There were cockroaches in the room. I woke up the cockroaches crawling on me. I told the desk attendant in the morning they said there’s nothing that we can do. We can tell maintenance to spray the room, spraying a single room isn’t going to kill the cockroaches in the entire building, the cockroaches, are just gonna leave the room and go to another room that you didn’t treat. No sorry no nothing. Stay at this property if you like waking up at 1 o’clock in the morning with cockroaches crawling on you .

Nice hotel beds are not.
The staff was great, the rooms was clean. The beds sucked. They are cheap super firm beds. Worst night of sleep I have had in a while. The breakfast was ok if you stick to the cereal or waffles. They don't have roll away beds either. If your 3 men working out of town you either get a second room or buy an air up mattress. Which is more comfortable than the beds in the hotel.

Usually the stay here is pleasant. We usually book a King suite with a jetted tub. Extremely dissatisfied this time though because housekeeping dropped the ball. I could see one mistake not FOUR. We checked in and immediately noticed the night stand wasn’t wiped down. Sticky ring where lamp was and dragged across it, no shower curtain, one bath towel when there’s supposed to be 4. Two in bathroom and two for jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was filthy with scum and hair still in it.

Good but not great!
Checked in late and the front desk person, Jordy, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. We were on the third floor, which must have been the smoking floor, because it smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. The front desk was notified but stated there was nothing they could do. The breakfast was not much. Biscuits and gravy was the only hot component. Coffee was hot and good. Overall I would recommend if by yourself but not if you are with kids.

The property is not worth the price they charge. Other than the room and location do not expect any additinal services. Gym & laundry were out of order, Housekeeping didnt had toothbrush & tooth paste , Breakfast spread was terrible not even eggs or fruits. I will not choose or recommend this property.
