“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less.”

“This was our first trip to Sezze and could not have asked for a nicer host or setting. This farmhouse is for anyone who wants a beautiful rustic rental. It was very clean and Marco and his family could not have been more accommodating. I asked them for the impossible and they came through. The recommendations for food were spot on and we really hated to leave. This is a must place to stay in Sezze! ”

“The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them. If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key. Also the listing and even their own brochure stated a check out of 11.00 am but I was told I had to……
