Great location, secure parking onsite is great. Wasn’t able to access our rooms at 12pm but check in was really easy. Rooms were really comfortable. Only issue was the breakfast service was extremely poor

Brilliant
Fantastic stay - clean, modern and well situated beside station. Car park immediately opposite is short stay, so we used one 2 mins walk away, beside bus station. Very easy to access. Good breakfast and friendly welcoming staff.

Clean and welcoming hotel allows dogs too.
The hotel is really well located next to the train station. We stayed here enroute on a driving holiday in the south of France. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, we stayed with our two Labradors. The continental breakfast was nice, yogurts, fresh bread, cheese and coffee.

Calm, quirky, clean hotel- would return!
A fabulous, quirky hotel with friendly staff. Calm, quiet, air conditioned, rooms a great size and fab shower! Opposite the station which wasn’t a problem at all, noise- wise. Ten minute walk up into town through slightly dodgy streets but this at midnight! During the day absolutely fine!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. We unfortunately lost my daughters teddy bear on our first stay but returned following a road trip in which the staff kept the teddy bear safe until our next stay.

Really enjoyed the hotel, comfortable beds, we liked the breakfast (not an amazing range but for the price we paid I thought it was excellent. Only thing was that I wouldn’t want to walk late at night in the area as felt a bit intimidating. Also the shower glass wall isn’t long enough and we soaked the floor. Not a problem in a new hotel but after lots of wear and tear might lead to lots of issues!!! Very enjoyable overall though! we loved Le Mans, the sights were fab.

I got double charged for my rooms at this hotel, I had pre paid on Expedia, a few days after staying I discovered that the hotel had charged me for the rooms a second time. Now I have to clear this up. Be sure if you pre paid for you room that they get it right when you check in.

Hotel is very convenient for train and general transportation. Staff were friendly and layout and amenities were good. Breakfast was a bit basic. Liked the touch of having the Fiat 500 in the bar/reception area

Nice hotel close to the station
This is an oases hotel in not so nice aria , ther is limited parking on site so book a space .it is close to transport links train ,bus , and tram and the old city is only five stops on the tram . The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms extremely clean and well presented the brekfast was very nice .A very good hotel in unfotuatly a not so nice aria .

On the way back to the uk
We decided to stay overnight on the way home to the 🇬🇧 We found the hotel perfect in the centre right next to the railway station. Perfect to catch the tram for the old town,which is well worth going. While we was there it was the light show which was amazing.

New hotel in immaculate condition opposite the train station. About a 15min walk to the centre but other than that very well decorated & modern clean rooms.

Ayant l’habitude a cette chaîne. J’ai été déçu de l’accueil dans cette hôtel. J’ai réservé pour 4 nuit, j’en suis parti au bout de 2 jours pour ibis style juste en face. La raison : chambre froide et bruyante. Malgré ma réclamation rien n’a été fait a part me dire que d’habitude ils n’ont pas de souci avec cette chambre. De plus lors de mon départ après avoir contacter hôtel.com afin d’annuler mes 2 dernière nuit, je descend a l’accueil pour confirmer mon départ, la personne qui m’a accueilli avec un aire pas très aimable me lance « il ne vous reste plus qu’à régler la facture ». Ce que j’ai fait aussitôt par ailleurs. Chose que j’aurais pu faire a mon départ le lendemain et sachant qu’une emprunte cb a été faite.

Un couette supplémentaire vous a été proposé, la climatisation a été coupée. Voyant que malgré tout, vous n'étiez pas satisfait de la situation, mes collègues vous ont proposé de réduire votre séjour, dont une partie restait en effet à régler. Venu pour les 24 heures du Mans motos. Hôtel bien situé. Propre. Accueil sympa. Ibis où j'ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois. J'aimerais un WIFI gratuit comme c'est souvent le cas ailleurs. Canal +serait aussi un + .

C'est toujours un grand plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre établissement.Concernant notre wifi, nous proposons effectivement un service payant garantissant une connexion privé pour les professionnels, mais surtout, nous possédons bien évidemment un wifi grand public, qui est totalement gratuit et illimité: il suffit juste de nous demander les codes de connexions.De plus, les chaînes principales de Canal (sport, séries, cinéma...) sont disponibles sur nos téléviseurs (canaux juste après ceux de la TNT classique).Dans l'attente de vous accueillir très bientôt parmi nous,Très belle journée.

A éviter si l’on aime le calme
Très bel hôtel confortable…mais ça s’arrête là ! Il est situé près d’une gare sncf et le tramway passe devant l’hôtel et c’est très bruyant. Il faut payer un parking : 15 euros par jour. Au restaurant ce ne sont que des plats en barquettes qui sont réchauffés. J’ai commander une pizza, le barman l’a prise au congélateur…et malgré tout j’ai était servi après plus de 30 mn. Une vraie déception, j’ai du coup annulé un séjour prévu une semaine plus tard
