I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room, the very comfortable bed and the additional facilities such as the fridge, kettle and microwave. The ensuite bathroom was a good size with a wonderful shower unit. The property was well placed for a short walk to the city centre.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, just outside railway station so very convenient when you don’t have a car but might be a bit noisy as next to tram rail track. Highly recommended.

some of the friendliest and most accommodating staff we have ever met. nothing and i really mean nothing was to much trouble for them. The lady who serves the breakfast treats you like family. we will stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient
Just a nice, convenient, comfortable hotel. Close to the station and to the town centre, and reasonably priced. It also is well equipped. There are no complaints.

OK, big strange soapy stain from a leak on the floor in the room which never went away, in general the hotel corridors etc were a bit grubby and stained but not terrible. Good and friendly service from staff though.

Hotel ok, location pretty awful
Ideally located if you need a bed for the night and you are travelling by train, but we were driving from the south of France to the North and it's a pain to park (10e a night extra) and a bit of a walk from the hotel with our bags. Local area is not nice at all - mostly kebab and fast food chicken joints, couldn't find anywhere decent to eat. Noise doesn't bother us but it is quite noisy as it overlooks the rail tracks. But the interior is great, clean, spacious, all you need for just a 1 night stay, just the location is not great if you are passing through in a car, better to find somewhere on the outskirts probably.

No Aircon in Rooms
Difficult to park car, if you have 4x4 so be warned. Moved from first room because of smell of smoke. Next room was double bed with single sofa bed. Couple of lights didn’t work. Dirty net curtains, dirty windows. Tram station next to hotel, train other side - very noisy. We chose hotel because they accepted dogs. NO AIRCON in rooms - temp 31.6! Eventually gave us a fan but still hot. Breakfast ok, but staff weren’t bothered about topping up scrambled egg, bacon and one other item that we never got to see - enough for three people max. If you like pastries, bread etc plenty of that. Yoghurt was good. We stripped the linen when we left, pillows & duvet needed a clean.

By the train station
This a lovely, clean apartment block. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent and the shower powerful. I would definitely stay here again. For travellers, it is right next door to the train station and if you are driving the paid parking is extra secure.

Ok if you need to take the train
Hotel stuck betweem the train station and the tram rails. Not to noisy and the room was of good size but with nothing special. Theres no point staying there unless you need to take an early train. You certainely dont want to walk around there with all the strange people around the rail road station.

nice because it is very close to train station
Bed, blanket, sheets were very dirty, chicken facilities were limited, they hadn’t lights before guess goes inside of roomtherefore two blob were burned, they requested for a change and replacement of clean towel and sheets. it was good at least one person can speak English.

convenient to station - basic but adequate
either for a lone traveller or family all you needed was in the room/ Breakfast was good but you had to get there early or all was left was scrambled eggs. Staff were more than helpful but I do think ALL reception staff should have English. Have already recommended it to friends.

Clean modern hotel in the heart of the city.
Great hotel, clean, midern comfortable with all the self catering amenities. In great proximity to the shops and public transport. Staff very pleasant and helpful...even spoke English! But best of all it was the cheapest around! Will go again sometime.

This hotel was tricky to locate. There was not adequate parking therefore had to use an underground parking facility which housed the local homeless. I had all my holiday back age in the car. The hotel was clean enough but had no air conditioning. It felt like the heating was on....The noise of the station next to the hotel was horrific!! The only plus is the room had a fridge and kettle with cooking facilities if you wanted

Basic accommodation near the train station
We were in Le Mans for 1 night and needed accommodation next to the train station. The facilities and room are basic but pleasant enough for the money. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable. The room was a decent size. The apartments are located literally next to the train tracks/platforms. We could hear all the happenings of the train station but the double glazed windows block out most of the noise which was good. The main city centre is a 10min walk away.

Good central location. Access the hotel parking via the underground railway station parking - but must reserve in advance, very limited spaces. Clean and comfortable, reception staff very friendly and helpful. The trams didn't disturb us and their proximity was very useful.

oh dear! What a nice hotel, new, fresh, clean and despite being near the station a reasonable area. However no air conditioning in a new hotel in 2015! Do not even think of staying here in summer. That is a shame as it is a nice hotel but we had a dreadful night's sleep!

Not all taxes are included in the price quoted by Expedia. There is a local tax of 10% which you have to pay extra. Nice clean apartments but a bit sparsely furnished.

It's a hotel beside the train station. They just renovated so everything is new and clean. No logo or hotel name on the building I put the hotel adress into my GPS when I arrived I cant't realize the hotel have to ask the station stuff. Also hard to find a parking on street but they have a train station pay parking underground it cost 8 Euro for overnight.

Terrible night
First it was nearly impossible to find this hotel as there are no signalisation neither in the street nor directly on the building. No parking accessible if your car has more than 1,8m (no multi van or roof box). The bedroom was directly above the railway station in summer without air conditioning. No way to sleep for all my family. It is a shame when you just want to stop and relax for one night. In description of the room was precised that wifi was available but actually not in the bedroom and the only access for internet in the bedroom is by wire if you pay, hard to connect a smartphone!

Close to the railway station, but difficult to find due to the maps being wrong. Otherwise ok. Only problem was that you could not book in earlier than the specified check in time unless you wanted to pay extra. Be aware of this. They also charged us to store our bags for two hours while we waited for our check in time

Good location but lots to be desired
The location is great, only 100m from the station. But at the same time, this is a major disadvantage. The hotel is sandwiched by the main rail line and the tram line, making it quite noisy. Installation of better sound proof could make lots of difference.

Worst stay of my trip.
I don't normally give negative reviews but I have 2 issues with this place. First, it's a little out of town and inconvenient. By the time you pay to get there and do the 15 minute walk, you've lost 45 minutes each way of sightseeing for an apartment that is mediocre and smells like curry. My biggest issue is the Indian guy who is running the place. I got there at 10:30 and after ringing the doorbell, was spoken to like i was an intruder. I was reprimanded for not being there by 9 and it was a major inconvenience to find the fax to prove I had booked. The next morning I rang him to see if he could print out my boarding pass and was told that he was busy and I'd have to wait a few hours. This place obviously is more about doing wherever they do and not accommodating their guests. I would never stay there again.

Excellent Hotel near the train station
I normally stay at the hotel on the South End of the train station, but it was fully booked. As a result, I needed to search for a hotel close by. I must say that this hotel was a nice surprise and I will stay here from now on. The rooms were actually efficiency apartment-hotel rooms. It was very clean, large rooms, very comfortable beds (stayed in a double room). The price was half for twice the room.

Hotel caters mostly to businessmen/women during the week. Very quiet during weekend when I was there. Lots of noise from adjoining trolley car line until it stops running at about 11pm (on weekends, anyway). Immediately adjacent to train station, but no noise from there. A few restaurants nearby. Very barebones room, but that was okay with me. Microwave, stove top, refrigerator and dishes for longer stays.

Très bien en ce qui me concerne
Personnel au top avec un ++ pour Laura. Situé à côte de la gare donc accès à divers magasins. Parking en sous-sol. Très propre. De petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande Le point negatif selon moi cest le bruit du tramway qui passe sous les fenêtres mais chacun réagit différemment au bruit !
