We could see the dam on the river and beautiful Mont Saint Michel from our small balcony. The hotel staff was very helpful getting us a taxi to the bus station. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the waitress nice.

We loved the location and convenience of parking on premise. The staff was helpful and polite. There was no elevator and our room was on the 3 rd floor; there were no otters to help with suitcase.

Just OK Hotel

Pros: Close to the Palace

Location: Great location, close to shops and restaurants, and the free shuttle ride to the palace if you don't want to walk.
Before you head to the hotel, call and ask for the code to be able to pass the security barrier. Be ready for another 4 euros charge every time you drive out and back. It is like a compound of hotels in that area but needed a security code to get in. This hotel is just ok, nothing fancy or charming, but really close encounter to the palace. You can actually see the palace on the right side of your balcony. Staffs are friendly and good restaurant. The room is a little out dated, carpet is due for a change. It has a musty smell. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Great Location to Mont Sainte Michel

Nice hotel in a great location. The inside is a little dated with no elevators. It was clean, quiet and restful. I wish they would have told us in advance that the hotel is behind gates of that part of the town and need a code to pass the gate. It was a little stressful with International Calling getting a hold of the hotel to find out the code to get past the gate. Otherwise it was a fine stay.

Pros: Location, service and good food
We have been in France for a few weeks as well as Paris this hotel meets the high French standards.The staff was great and the restaurant offers truly French cuisine. The starter rabbit aspic truly amazing and the heavenly caramel ice cream sundae soaked in a chunky peach liqueur made the Mont St. Michel experience truly memorable! Oh .... the rooms were very large, clean and comfortable and included a balcony.

Pros: Everything.
A pleasant experience. Nice and clean room. Extra effort to provide a late dinner although kitchen had already closed. Got a nice surprise meal. Staff very helpful.

Great location-Restaurant OK-We appreciated the coffee in the room. Very quiet and good for sleeping. Breakfast was average.

Nice hotel, close to Mount St. Michel

Pros: staff was wonderful
Cons: room was a little warm. air conditioner was not great, they provided a fan that was somewhat helpful
very helpful staff, nice location, pleasant little village outside the Mount.

Pros: The Position
Location: good position with a good view of MSM
Nice Hotel, clean, comfortable and near Mont Saint Michel. Perfect hotel if you want to spend a couple of days in MSM
