Good for the price
We have stayed three times now over a two year period. It has gone from very new condition to quite used, but OK and clean. The room had an odour, probably a smoker had used it before but it went away with the window being left open. Our main issue was the WiFi. It did connect but the speed was not enough to stream TV. It was fine on our first visit so maybe this bedroom was too far away from the access point. Several chain restaurants within walking distance, decent restaurants would need a car journey. Overall good value for the money but we have had better for the same price

Service was great, very friendly and efficient. Room clean and comfortable, and as it was a heatwave we found the room ventilation and cooling very efficient. Top marks, will be back soon.

Prompt service at reception, with provision of extra pillows as only two on the bed. Would have liked some tissues in the very clean bathroom with excellent shower. Also, would like kettle in room, as do not wish to find early morning tea/coffee elsewhere

Nothing Ace about Ace hotel.
Not impressed, I've now stayed in all four local Deol hotels, but Ace does not match up with the competition, the room was tiny, the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor, the wifi was out of action for the whole duration of the trip and the room stank of cigarettes even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking. I stay in this area often but will be switching back to B&B Hotels.

Of all the Ace Hotels we have stayed at, this one was the most disappointing. The room had a bad odour to it [masked it with perfume]; the skirting board was disengaged from the wall, and a hazard [would be easy to fix with replacement double sided tape]; there was what looked like mould on the ceiling in one corner and mould in shower base corners, base of shower doors and outside shower at base. Pillows not great and the plastic or rubber mattress protector left us drenched during the night. On the plus side, the linen was fresh and clean and the room a good size.

Excellent stop-over whilst travelling south.
For us, a perfect location for a night's sleep. Faultless staff & comfort. Excellent breakfast & overall, good value. What would have been perfect, - a Michelin recommended restaurant next door!

This hotel is very basic. Not even soap supplied. Beds uncomfortable and tv needs at least ONE English speaking news channel. I would not stay again.

watch out for the aircon!
A good place to stay on route from the Dordogne to the North of France. Unfortunately the carpet was soaked by the bathroom due to the airconditioning leaking. Not ideal

Perfect for an overnight stay.
Just off the motorway with restaurants on hand. Stayed here before. Best of the accommodation on complex for an overnight stop. Clean, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast. Just off the motorway slip road. Secure parking. Wish they had tea/cofee making facilities in room otherwise no complaints.

Absolutely ACE
I have stayed in three and four star hotels in England that could learn much from ACE hotels. Friendly and efficient staff, clean decent sized rooms. Vey quiet, given the location. Excellent self-service breakfast. All in all an excellent stay.

Good Value for money
For an overnight stop on our journey north to south through France this was a very good choice. Clean, confortable, plenty of eating opportunities aroud. Slightly higher price than Premier Class but clean, warm and comfortable and with manned all night reception desk

Small chain of hotels near autoroutes
A fairly basic but very clean hotel with friendly efficient staff, ideal for our stop over travelling back to south west France from the UK. Breakfast is a little overpriced for the choices available, but hotel is reasonably priced. A variety of restaurants within walking distance which was welcome after a long journey,along with a supermarket fuel station.

It really was "ACE".
The best "budget" hotel we've stayed in. Excellent value for the price we paid. Friendly, helpful staff in what I believe is a comparatively new range of hotels. Good breakfast in the hotel and we were able to enjoy a satisfying evening meal at the local Buffalo Grill which is less than 200 metres from the hotel. There were several other restaurants within easy reach. We did have initial difficulty finding the hotel...my mistake, I entered the location as "Chateauroux" in the satnav...you need to put in "Deols" and it should be straightforward as the hotel is within easy reach of the autoroute. We shall certainly look to stay in this and other "ACE" hotels on our journeys through France in future.

A smart hotel
Difficult to find, the GPS saved the day. Better signs are required as it is on the far side of a zone industrial when arriving from the auto route. It was unfortunate that travelers , plus barking dogs, had set up camp nearby. That asside we were impressed by the overall presentation of the building itself and the decor of the bedroom. A small thing, the television viewing would be improved if it were on an angled bracket

Great place to stay!
We were really impressed with the hotel. The hotel is obviously newly built. The room was very generous in size and the facilities were sufficient. It was very clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast which was good although we would have appreciated some fresh fruit salad. Although it does not have its own restaurant, there are plenty to choose from close by. We would definitely stay there again in future.

New hotel in Loire Valley
All good except there was a warm spell and the AC was not turned on! Windows open but flies and traffic noise were annoying. Desk person not friendly, but changed our room to one on the other side of the building with no sunset heat. No fan, just heating.
