“Hello, I need assistance with a serious issue regarding my hotel booking through Expedia.
Horrible service it’s not really a hotel. It’s an assisted senior facility. The name does not match the real location. If you do not speak French, they will try to take your money. they do not have hot water their bathrooms have a lot of mold.”

“Wir hatten die Wohnung Valadon sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl man eigentlich direkt im Hotspot von Montmartre ist. Wer hier Bucht, muss wissen, dass es sich nicht um einen hotelbetrieb handelt, sondern man kommt mit zahlencode in das Apartment. Bitte beachten, dass man eine Kaution vorher hinterlegen muss über 600 Euro. Wenn nichts kaputt geht, wird auch nichts belastet, aber man muss diese Kaution hinterlegen, denn sonst erhält man den Code nicht. Nach meiner Meinung hätte Expedia dort stärker……
