“I booked my husband one night at this hotel as he had a work training nearby. This morning I saw an $879 charge to our credit card. When I called to get an explanation the clerk said there was a note on the desk that he asked for 12 more nights! I was shocked. I said that wasn’t true and that needed to be remedied immediately. I sent a message and the manager said the night clerk had a physical conversation with the person in room 114 who said they wanted those additional nights. The manager……

“We stay 2 nights. The room was not clean . When I complained front desk said they are afraid to desturbe ”

“Breakfast was great fresh. Parking was good and parking lot has lots of lighting what I like. Staff was great friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional, the jetted tub in the room was great. The only issue me and my husband had was the noise of other guest you could hear a lot people walking down the hall later night and at the pool past 9pm. It was hard to get sleep with all the noise and we could also hear the guest next door throughout the night and early morning walking around and talking. Maybe because our room was across the pool door the noise was extra loud but……

“Love it it was very clean til we open the couch that turned in to bed and we found dog hair!!! But everything else was clean and there was no noises or foot steps like other hotels I have stayed”
