Best hotel breakfast by far, very clean modern building, staff are friendly, house keeping comes every day (most quality inns don’t do that), as far as food or shopping, literally everything is right there and mt Juliet is not far (there’s a large shopping center right off the interstate in mt Juliet. From the hotel to broadway in Nashville is about a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic

Our stay was pretty decent however very noisy! We stayed on the right side of the building which is right next to a fast food place called "Cook Out" which apparently stays open most of the night and is only a drive thru. We stay up late so it didnt particularly bother us too much but for others, just FYI, very loud. Also another story while we were there, we were standing outside around 1 am and this guy was just walking around. I laughed and said to my husband, "uh oh, he looks like he forgot where he parked!" He was stumbling, obviously drunk! He finally stopped and the poor man looked at us and asked us if we could please call him a cab! He was a very polite man and had apparently been to a local bar nearby. We got him a ride and got him home safely! But again, the hotel was very good, just very loud.

Not all Quality Inn's are created equal. I typically stay at the Quality Inn in Lebanon off of I-40 Highway 109. It is very clean and new. That facility was completely booked when I needed to visit, and so I picked the closest location, so we stayed at this location. The property is disgusting. All entrances are exterior. The rooms were so gross and are in dire need of updating. The comforter had been patched, the walls are in dire need of painting and cleaning. There was ick all behind the bed, TV, etc. There really is no cleaning these rooms. They need to be gutted and painted. The office and cleaning staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. But net/net - don't stay here.

They don’t have a lot of parking there. If the property is full the cook out parking lot is Nextdoor.

A place to sleep
This motel is, exactly, a place to sleep. It's not fancy. It's showing its age. The room was clean. It was dated. Non smoking room, but someone in the room below was smoking marijuana and the smell permeated everything. The breakfast was better than expected.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. The location was great and the service was great. I could not use the function of the tub as the shower/tub handle was stuck in the shower position without a knob. I might add that the complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Broken ice machine, room had a strong funny odor, went to walmart to buy air freshner for it, not a bad dirty smell just not pleasant or clean smelling, breakfast was lacking and doors to lobby were locked til 7 am ON.THE.DOT.

Our hotel room smelled so bad. It smells like an animal shelter in here and i found DEAD BED BUGS UNDER THE SHEETS. this is absurd.

Absolutely filthy. What looked like bloodstained sheets and spider kept me company during my stay. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom as well. Staff seemed unsurprised about the condition of the room.
