The property was nothing like it appeared online. You need to vet your locations better. I will continue using trip advisor.

Our room 223 was not equipped with even a cubiard or hangers to hang the clothes.
The bathroom shower stall was extremely small to position inside.
During the checkout time I told this issue to the frint desk, but there was no satisfactory answer or response.

I was highly upset as soon as we started checking in. The hotel manager checked us in and charged my card and then tried to charge me for the stay twice multiple times. Also at 6 in the morning tried charging my card again with 5 to 10 dollars.

It sometimes the system fault that staff has to use the card multiple times it doesn't mean you are been charged extra. Hotel has charged only the booking amount. Still sorry if you felt unhappy with the payment process. Thank you.
The hotel is under renovation. Our room was a finished room. It was very nice. Six of us fit comfortably. Plenty of outlets, which is always a problem in hotels. Only issue I had is that our keys were disabled long before checkout time and I had to go back downstairs twice to get them fixed.

Was not as nice as I expected for a Baymont property. It was very hot outside, and the lobby was not air conditioned. The room seemed OK, but the A/C was very noisy and needed cleaning. It smelled of mold. The next morning when we went to shower, we had to sponge bathe because the tub only had scalding hot water. The mixing valve needs replacement. The ceiling texture was falling down from a previous water leak upstairs. We were very dissapointed.

Live in manager & his wife were not friendly. The front desk clerk who has worked there 3 yrs was very friendly, helpful, & professional. Room service attendant was great. Room clean & had all the necessities. Location good, McDonalds next door.

Needed a place to crash overnight on a mini-road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean room, working AC, functional bathroom, it checks all the boxes. It's a simple motel off a few busy highways, but if you're only staying for a night or two and day-tripping in the area, it's more than good enough.

The room interior and linens were clean, bathroom was clean too and adequately stocked but the window glass pane looked smudged and unclean and the sofa upholstery was soiled in one spot. The rugs outside the room (in the hallway) could have been cleaner and there was a strange paint like odor along the hallway. At checkout, we were in a hurry to leave but had to ring the bell several times to have someone come to the desk and confirm that nothing more is needed from us to complete the checkout process.
On a positive note, the staff were courteous and helpful, so that was good and that made our stay comfortable.

Our room was clean, updated furniture, fridge was clean and nice and cold, ac worked perfectly. Nice flat screen tv and clean bedding.
The hallway had just been painted so there was still brown paper down but that didn’t bother us. Our hotel room was clean.

I was given the wrong room (paid for 6 person room and received 4 person room) due to late check in. The construction noise was loud, but the room I stayed in did seem renovated and nice. Breakfast did have milk that was spoiled so that wasnt nice. Overall, my stay would have been better had the check in process and right room been given.

For the price which was very reasonable it was very good, it seemed clean, beds were comfortable, pillows could have been a little better, there wasn’t any hair dryers, but had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice, the amenities were tiny and looked like they were leftovers as not full, but overall a good stay
