I was not happy when charged $20 for canceling my last night with more than 48 hours in advance notice and after asking the front desk attendant if I was going to be charged for it and he said no :( Oh well. Plenty of parking spots. "

"We stopped there for a quick night of sleeping on the way from Texas to Minnesota. The staff (owner) was super helpful. Rooms were nice and located close to freeway. Continental breakfast was fair and standard items. Price was fantastic! Walking distance to Dunhams and other stores. We were in Emporia on a Friday night and the town was quiet especially the weekend before finals for Emporia State University students. We expected more excitement downtown."
