Smiling Face

Everything was excellent just need to get the breakfast staff to smile a bit more. Overall my stay was quite pleasant would come back if I was in the area

Staff needs training

While our stay here was namazing. Room was great, staff was friendly. They had asked for a credit card in case I rented movies or other incidentals when we arrived like all other hotels. However they charged it twice for $120 each. It took 5 days for them to give me a complete refund. Management offered me $30 off my next stay and even thou I travel here all the time I will not be staying at this here again.

Nice Hotel

This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. The staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is good. The location is near several restaurants. The one compliant is the bed mattresses. They are sorely in need of replacement.

It was ok. Very bland but they are getting a makeover so I am sure it will be nice when its done. The pool was not very warm for a heated pool but my son swam anyway. The are surrounding the pool needs a majeover also it is very open and not much foliage. All in all the stay was nice. I woyld go back agai. after the makeover...

Broken elevator
