We stay here every Divine Mercy Weekend. Great location for us minutes from Eden Hill, close to many off site restaurants. Breakfast was nice and staff worked constantly to keep food items stocked.

My husband and I are so happy we chose to stay here. The lake view is so lovely. The room is bright clean and cheery. The in room fireplace made it so cozy ✨ Another wonderful part of our stay was enjoying our delicious Indian food dinner in the restaurant on the premises that overlooks the lake. We will for sure be staying here again. I would recommend staying here 😊

Quaint hotel in a convenient area to shops, restaurants, etc. Have stayed here twice-once in a lakeside room, once on street side. I would highly recommend the lakeside, beautiful view and seemed quieter on that side. A spacious modern breakfast area overlooking the lake was a great way to start the morning!

The staff were very bright and helpful and what a wonderful restaurant in “Mint”! We also loved the continental breakfast putting a spotlight on the very hard working staff that kept everything fresh and full even with great demand. Exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly and the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was very good and covered the basics. Love that they had free tea and a coffee machine that makes specialty drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Would definitely come back! The Indian restaurant within the property was also excellent and the food was very good. If you are doubting booking this place, stop! Book it right now! :)

The location is just perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and staff is very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and very well maintained. There is free breakfast (good and fresh) in the morning and free coffee machine available 24/7 along with MINT Indian restaurant whose food is really good. My stay here was very comfortable and i really enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Berkshire!

This place exceeded our expectation for the affordable price! The rooms were very nice, looks like the whole place was recently updated. Because they have an Indian restaurant on site with a bar, they also offer alcohol with room service! Views of the lake from the breakfast room were gorgeous! The staff were very friendly. I got a check-in text that allowed me to easily let them know that I needed a late check-in which they accommodated. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to the area!

The woman at check-in, Michelle, was suoer nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and there are lots of food delivery options, but also a restaurant on site and even snacks and beer available for purchase. The only downside is the floors are very creaky, and the people above me kept walking back and forth, and I felt like they were going to fall through my ceiling. Otherwise, it's a very nice and convenient spot.

BEAUTY in The Berkshires!
The Black Swan is the most efficiently run property I have stayed at VV for a number of years! Owen & Michelle, Day & Night Managers respectively, were very welcoming and helpful, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. Michel, our housekeeper, made our room sparkle, and kept it in pristine condition. Black Swan sits lakeside in the Lee/Lenox Ma area in the Berkshires. A beautiful Setting. Outstanding value too. We will definitely be back!
