The door frame for room 212 had obviously been destroyed by Massive impact/ break in. The lock didn't close properly. Immediately didn't feel safe . The bathroom floor was covered with filthy dust where someone had taken apart the ceiling fan that didn't work! And left a huge mess all over the floor of the counters, gross! Etc. The noise kept my wife up all night.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE.I booked stay for MLK weekend,2 nights(Fri & Sat).Upon arriving Friday at approx 3:30pm,I spent roughly 30 min at property,enough time for check in & drop off of luggage.At approx 9:30-10pm,I returned to unpack & get settled.While unpacking,my GF was in the bathroom and discovered,a dirty washcloth behind the toilet,several small black pellets along the tile baseboard(assuming mouse droppings),hair on sink,& hair within bathtub.Upon inspection of room,we observed,visibly stained bed sheets with black marks/streaks,small cigarette burns(this was a non-smoking room),long blonde hairs on pillow covers,small dark hairs on sheet and bed skirt,& both living & dead bugs on bottom of mattress.I expressed to manager that room didn't meet standard/expectation of cleanliness & requested refund.He agreed to full refund, which he would do following day.We left the property for another hotel.I immediately contact Expedia via phone to express concern with booking & verify refund.They asked me to stay on hold while contacting manager on duty. Expedia rep stated that my refund was being denied by manager. At this point I returned to the property with Expedia rep still on phone. I asked why my refund was being denied when originally stated refund would be given.He agreed to refund only 1 night and nothing more.He also stated would not inspect room for refund until Tuesday.He stated room was checked right after we left and found no concerns with cleanliness.

Dear Oshkie-We do understand in hospitality we can't make everyone happy but after 6 Hrs. of check in realised room isn't clean properly and making false claimed. Still we agreed on refund of second night which was accepted by your partner. Due to MLK weekend certain business are closed due to availability of business we have to wait till Tuesday to have proper service.Calling Expedia and asking full refund,returned to property using bad language wouldn't acceptable. we do have surveillance camera where we have recorded your behavior.

Keeping in mind that this motel was the least expensive option in the area, we found the accomodations to be clean, comfortable and efficient. I neglected to read the reviews of this property before I had booked and I am glad because if I had, I might not have reserved here. Nonetheless, The suite was very large with one king size bed in the bedroom and two full size convertible sofas in the living room. A flat screen TV in each room, Large clean bathroom and kitchenette with coffe maker and microwave oven completed the apartment. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and polite and offered extra towels if we needed. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. It was musty upon entering the room. I look past it. Checked the Babe it’s Mel bossy but the sheets looked visibly clean. I felt uncomfortable but my husband was able to help me calm down a little bit and I finally started to settle in. Get up to use the bathroom and the toilet is clogged the owner gave my husband a plunger so that my husband can plunge the toilet himself instead of the owner doing it. Then me and my husband went back to watching a movie so I was later I get up to use the bathroom and there’s a roach crawling on the wall and another on the floor. At this point I lost it. And finally I requested a resolution. the owner switched my room. When I checked the bed again and seen hair and what looked to be a bed bug, I was ready to go home. Once I realized no other hotels would check me in at 11pm at night and that I was 2 hours away from. I forced to stay in place. I didn’t sleep the WHOLE night. I was up paranoid about roaches and bed bugs infecting my items. Not okay and I want a refund honestly.

Sorry to say but this is one side experience who wants to stay and looking free room. Upon first incident we did offer offer check out and refund your full money, you refused making excuse of you live far away, we have seen your driving license upon arrivals and it's only 45 minutes away. Also saying it's inconvenience I need money back but wouldn't check out look like looking free room.Sorry we don't wants to go in detailed about your false claimed better luck next time.

I've stayed there before and it was pretty much the way it was. But the day we arrived they were replacing the roof it was difficult getting into the property parking our car where it wouldn't be under flying roof supplies and nails. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us checked in.

This is not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel. It's more like a motel. The bathroom smells like old urine, the bed is rock hard with stains on the sheets. The room looked completely different from the pictures online. We will not be returning.

This was the cheapest motel in the area and it was still way too expensive. The floor was dirty. The sheets had a stain. The room smelled the cigarettes despite the big NO SMOKING sign on the door. There were only 2 television stations. The bathroom was tiny and felt grimy. They only offered one room key. We only booked this place because our friend was getting married at the venue across the parking lot. Would not stay there again.

A certain lack of maintenance.
Bed was fine. The bathroom sink faucet could not be made to stop dripping. Shower water would not drain properly - by the end of the shower I was standing in 3" of water. It eventually drained out overnight.The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the ceiling were both flashing red - meaning probably the batteries were dead.

Free coffee was not very good at all. Not expecting much from a small inexpensive motel, but just mentioning it. The excellent Berkshire South athletic center and pool is less than a minute away.

I arrived to find out that my room was not pet friendly, despite my request through Expedia. The person at the front desk was very accommodating. The room has old furniture and a very strong air freshener scent that smells like it is covering up tobacco. The sink countertop is damaged; it looks like razor marks. And finally, I saw a beetle running across my bed. Had it been a roach, I would be sleeping in my car. I’m staying for an overnight while passing through, so I can’t speak to the value of the room for the area. However, nearly $300 for the state of this room seems absolutely preposterous.
