Jason and Tom were so kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The house was cozy--even though temperatures plummeted and wet snow blanketed the town. Beautiful rooms. And Jason made a lovely & delicious breakfast. Thank you so much!

Half way to Virginia
I decided to split my road trip from Michigan to Virginia and spent a restful night at the BandB. Jason was very friendly and helpful. Shared bathroom not a problem (I was only tenant for the night, but would be ok). Price was excellent and included a massive breakfast! Young cat is reasonably friendly. I would stay again.

The attention to details in this beautiful establishment were so impressive … we had more fun staying there than we did at the event we traveled to that area for. We are currently looking up things to do in Leechburg just so we can stay in the top room in the Bnb. The food was excellent, the stay was cozy, the host was so kind.

We liked the antiques. We disliked the absence of handicapped bathroom facilities; the bathtub is unsafe for older folks. Five rooms to rent and only one bathroom for everyone to share? Needs to be more modernized (electrical safety).

We had a great stay at The Old Parsonage Inn. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and it was so cozy, and the decor in the Inn was so cool! You can really tell how historical the place is, it’s gorgeous. The hosts are absolutely lovely, offering a fantastic made to order breakfast menu and even more fantastic communication. Self check in was super convenient as well. One of the hosts was even kind enough to give us a ride up the road to pick up our car that we had to leave over night at a wedding venue. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! It was so great and we loved it!

Thing is, room was clean enough. Owner seemed nice via text, and had we stayed, I'm sure the breakfast would have been fine. THERE IS ONE BATHROOM IN THE WHOLE BnB! ALL GUESTS SHARE ONE BATHROOM. This detail is buried in the listed amenities, vs. highlighted. YOU ARE SHARING THE SAME SHOWER WITH everyone staying there. Is that even legal! Hostel Listing at Best.

This isn't what I was expecting- I was hoping for charm and something unique, not a dirty house with mismatched Salvation Army furniture and a shared bathroom for 3 rooms??? We had to leave immediately and had to get a normal hotel room.

Our stay here was very nice. Its such a unique place. The property was sold the day before we arrived. The new owners are wonderful and excited to make some updates. Breakfast was terrific. We were gone every day visiting relatives, but enjoyed returning to the old parsonage. The only problem was the one bathroom, but we managed and new owners are planning to add on. Overall, a good experience.

Well, I have been to this place now over 12 times over 3 years. And it has been a fantastic place to stay. The Innkeeper John Truitt goes well beyond any expectation to ensure your stay is memorable. The only sad part is John has sold this place and the closing is set for May 24, 2023. Thank you John.

John is a wonderful host and the house and adjoining church/dining is amazing (breakfast in the sanctuary!). He has an eclectic eye for decor with a whimsical twist that is really interesting to chill and observe. Great place to stay!

A grand old landmark historic property
A made-to-order breakfast each morning was the pinnacle of service! The rooms are well stocked, comfortable with all the supplies. Walking distance to attractions and excellent food!

It was interesting to hear of the property's history and how the owner had resurrected it. The accommodations were good and comfortable. The town where it was situated did not have a lot to offer but there were other areas within short driving distances.

This is the most eclectic, interesting B&B I've ever stayed in. The owner was extremely friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. My husband and I love to stay in B&B's when we travel on our Harley. We absolutely loved how eclectic this place was. We were in town for a family birthday party held at The Marconi.

Quaint and Relaxing B&B
Entire experience was great. Very clean and well equipped room. Check in was flawless and very accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and very prompt. The host was pleasant and very informative. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different than your typical everyday hotel.

The history and furnishings made this B&B one of a kind. The innkeeper was very kind, sociable and welcoming during my entire stay. he provided an excellent breakfast at the time I chose.If you are exploring the local area this is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect.

What an amazing place.! John is a fantastic host. The house was decorated exotically and the room very charming. Breakfast in the abbey was an amazing experience. The food and presentation was one of a kind. Everything was kept clean and well maintained. This place is a hidden gem and was a lucky find for us.

The bed and breakfast building has been maintained in accurate 19th Century condition which includes limited electrical service. The limited electric outlets also requires use of power strips which may not meet code.

The electrical system is not 19c it was upgraded to a breaker box some years ago. All the original wiring has been replaced with current up to code wiring. Although the room you were in only has 2 wall outlets the clock on the nightstand has 3 outlets and 2 USB ports. Not sure who would need more than that, but thanks for the info.

This place is truly magical! The eye for detail that John has is impeccable!! You will not be disappointed with your stay. He truly thinks of everything and the property is beyond spotless so clean!
