"The continental breakfast was fantastic. However, the ac was making a terrible sound, then there was a loud sound outside, the pool and jacuzzi were shutdown for a day and so much more. The room size and bathroom were ok. It didn’t feel like a hyatt. Overall it was ok "

"Everything was amazing! The location, the clean rooms, nice staff and of course breakfast. It is so convenient to grab something before the hiking day! And they have so many different options, Everything was delicious 😋 Also I enjoyed the views! Would stay again!"

"The room was noisy - the ac was loud, the walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel. I barely slept. "

"Hotel is old and tired. To say that the place includes a pool is a lie in my opinion as it doesn't look like it has been operational in years. Our room felt like it was in slightly better condition than the hotel generally and that was good. Probably would have cancelled reservation had the room been in worse condition than it was."

"I think overall it could be a great place, but it is seriously understaffed. There was always only one person at the front desk, and he or she is also managing the maintenance as well. Our room was always clean and spacious. The cleaning lady did her job fine. But when we checked in, the spare blanket and sheets for the sofa bed ware dirty. I had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. Also we did not have a toaster or kitchen towel for the kitchen, so we went to the front desk again. The reason we had to go the front desk, is that the phone at the front desk was not working, ie, it cannot take any calls. The receptionist at the frond desk tried very thing to help, but lacking of staff is really the problem. Did I mention that the shampoo holder in the shower just came off and never went back on there? They probably just did not have the right people to fix it. Anyway, all the problems above did not really bother us. But the property could be managed better. "

"This place is extremely well kept and loved our time here. Also walking distance to Visitor Center to get the Zion shuttle so you don't have to try and get on the Springdale shuttle which gets packed by time it gets to the stop at thos location. Also walking distance to a few resurants and Coffee Cafes. Very nice staff. Would highly recommend. Also if you are.brave enough lady reccomended to us a plunge in the Virgin River right by them after a tough day of hiking."

"Great location in Zion with very nice and helpful staff. The made-to-order breakfast included at Porter’s was delicious and such a great perk. There’s also an on-site ice cream shop—the Bumbleberry Cobbler is a must-try—and a bakery with some of the best chocolate chip cookies! After a long day of hiking, the pool and hot tub being open late made it perfect for relaxing."
