Nice bright colours. Reception staff amazing. Kitchen staff need training on food allergies. Appalling knowledge of what they are serving, to be told " yeh should be gluten free" is not good enough. Dairy and vegan intolerance and gluten are NoT the same.No allergens list available. Food was cold.

The hotel itself is well kept, the room was brilliant, the staff were brilliant but...the food was very poor. They have a 24 hour snack bar and the food that comes from there is atrocious. The breakfast is a little better but not much.
