Excellent service

Pros: The people who worked there were friendly including housekeeping.
Location: Great access to Leesburg Outlet shopping and the Dulles Greenway.
The desk clerks and manager were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and the breakfast was great.

location was good

Pros: location
Cons: we were put in a room next to laundry room and it was noisy and hotel needs to be updated, hard to keep room comfortable with heater.
Location: we were just passing thru
I booked room thru expedia and when we went to check in, I felt like I did not receive first class service.

Pros: The breakfast was great. Sever was very efficient and asked if you needed anything.Complete Up Date
Cons: complete up date
Location: Shopping and restaurants very nearby . Vety convenient
Bathroom needed major improvement. Toilet paper holder not secured to wall sufficiently. Sink drain clogged so badly you could barely brush your teeth or wash your face. No real bed cover on the bed. Just a draped shawl at the bottom of the bed. It was OK for one night, however would not book again.

Appropriate Stay

The hotel rooms are very clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was great. The price was reasonable. The outside sidewalks and side entrances could use a little attention and upkeep. But overall stay was worth it.

Clean Hotel

We stayed here for our visit to historic Leesburg. We walked into town and took a Uber back. This hotel is convenient to downtown area

Great breakfast

Staff ok. Not super friendly. Great room. Great breakfast. Quiet. Close to outlets.

The room was reasonably quiet and comfortable, but could do with updating. The breakfast was ok.

Beautiful hotel and pool

Stayed for a family event. Right off the interstate and easy drive to event. Even went into DC one day, and was a fairly easy drive.
