The hotel and property was excellent, the only concern that there was luke warm hot water for showering. Would recommend and stay at this hotel in the future.

The main reason we booked there is they were supposed to have a hot tub for my husbands back and it wasn't working our entire stay, I don't think they have the intentions of fixing it by their attitude when asked about it twice. Pool was dirty on the bottom and cold, couldn't use that either. But friendly staff at all times at the desk. Rooms were clean except for the stained quilt on our bed which we placed on the floor, yuck. I give it an average place to stay. The dark red part of building is really very ugly.

There was a bug in my bed that appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable and disgusting. They offered another room and with it being so late. We settled for that but I’m sure other rooms have this problem. They should have offered my money back. Additionally, room was smelly with a musty odor, lights missing bulbs, breakfast was unappealing so left to go to a restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was the first time i stayed at this hotel. I give them 5 stars. The staff was respectful and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Only part that could have been better was the shower. everytime I took a shower the water would go outside the shower area. I would suggest something better then just a shower curtain. Other then that I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Service was good. Room was mediocre because it had a damp carpet floor and smelled like mildew the entire stay. There was a obnoxious clicking sound randomly throughout the night in the bathroom stall that was loud.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent. Need to invest in new shower curtains cus mine did keep the water in, new shower heads because mine wasnt worked properly but good enough (had residue built up) and my fridge temperature control was broken would freeze my drinks. They fix these little things it would be very good place for the price. Seen they were bringing in new mattresses so don't see why they would do that next.
